Ardennes-Etape develops its business activity, which is to rent out holiday homes, cottages, villas… exclusively online on internet. The company is renowned for the quality of its service to both holiday-makers and holiday home owners as well as for the quality of its holiday home selection. (Ardennes-Etape also assures its success thanks to its anticipation of new media developments.)

Today the company employs around thirty young, multilingual team members, passionate about new technologies and promoting the Ardennes.     Languages:

    • French: native speaker or excellent oral and written proficiency
    • Dutch: good knowledge (Level B2 desired)

    The Job:

    • Creating new stay experiences aligned with company values
    • Maintaining the Ardennes-Etape brand universe through inspiring activities onsite/online, such as field marketing, sponsorship, etc.
    • Creating and managing a network of tourist partners and local players likely to offer attractive services for holidaymakers
    • Communicating and adequately developing (funds and form) these new services to the external audience
    • Circulating information internally about the new projects in order to unite the company with innovative ideas
    • Proactive support for the internal team on the content to be created
    • Collaborating closely with the Marketing & Media team to ensure the consistency of the "experience" projects across the entire funnel
    • Participating in production schedules with the UX and Community management teams
    • Permanent monitoring of commercial objectives on the “experience and inspiration” part

    Profile:

    • Experience with techniques related to e-marketing and the world of media (Google Analytics, emailing, social networks, etc.) and understanding their challenges
    • A clear vision of the content production chain
    • Understanding what a brand is and what is needed to support and strengthen its growth
    • Acute commercial sense/ability to generate income from our “destination” products (journals, guides, magazines, etc.) through win/win partnerships
    • Proactive and creative with the implementation of bold and innovative ideas
    • Familiar with project coordination
    • Agility with quantified reporting
    • Ability to unite stakeholders around the team and business project
    • Ability to make decisions quickly and act proactively
    • Knowledge of the Ardennes is a plus
