Bernard and Edward set up MUR – Coffee & Cycling to combine their shared loves of cycling and coffee in a unique location in the little Walloon town of Huy, in the Condroz region.
Huy is famous among cyclists for the brutal ‘Wall of Huy’ – the final climb in the La Flèche Wallonne classic race. It is also a beautiful medieval town by the Meuse, which is ideal for a day of relaxing, even with your family.
The bicycle-themed coffee bar on the ground floor welcomes all visitors.
They serve a fantastic roasted coffee, homemade soft drinks, Belgian beers, cocktails, and much more.
You can also have breakfast there – choose from bagels, salads, and even cakes and other pastries made using traditional methods.
Lycra-clad or not, everyone is welcome!
