Small farmhouse converted into a beautiful holiday cottage for 4 persons in the verdant countryside of Bastogne. This 3-star farmhouse includes all the amenities for a comfortable stay between lovers or with your family in this wonderful region of Belgium.
This holiday cottage has preserved the initial 1830s building’s charm and character, namely with the rings still visible in all the rooms. You will find the necessary comfort and enjoy a decoration that blends actual style and authenticity. The barn was renovated in 2012 in order to host 4 persons in optimum comfort. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a cosy living area that will enable you to share delightful moments. It comprises a wonderful equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a television and a fireplace.
After dinner, you can relax in the 600m² private garden, where lies a small terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. This garden will allow your dog to skip about, because he is most welcome in this self-catering accommodation!
Moreover, the region of Bastogne presents a wide range of activities for your holidays, because it is one of the most important cities in Belgium as far as historical tourism is concerned. It is indeed the place where the 101st Airborne Museum. The city of Bastogne is largely dedicated to the Second World War, this is why we recommend you to visit museums in the morning and get some fresh air in the afternoon, to enjoy the region’s landscapes and the numerous Léo-Wagon restaurant, in the middle of the shopping street, for a unique experience in a wagon of Brussels’ tramway.

Nous avons passé un super moment entre amies. Notre hôte a été très accueillant, le logement est très cosy, et le jardin est vraiment agréable avec son jacuzzi et la vue sur les champs.

Super fijn huis met jacuzzi. Alles was compleet en mooie locatie. Alleen de matrassen waren oud en doorgezakt. Deze zijn zeker aan vervanging toe.
Pluspunten: zeer goede ontvangst Proximus TV Houtkachel Mooi uitzicht Minpunten: Vuile jacuzzi die tevens zijn beste tijd heeft gehad (maakt geen bubbels meer) Het huis kon properder (vuile stofnetten en sporen van hond op de glazen deur)
Zeer fijn en gezellig huis op een rustige locatie. We kwamen helemaal tot rust!
Mooie ligging: rustige straat, mooi uitzicht. Heerlijke jacuzzi vlak aan het huis. Goed uitgeruste keuken. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk. Enige minpunt: Het dubbelbed was geen goede kwaliteit. Maar het was een heel aangenaam verblijf!
Zeer comfortabele woning op een rustige locatie. Prettig en ruim verblijf voor vier volwassenen. Jacuzzi is een fijne toevoeging aan het verblijf, we hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie.
Mooie plek en leuk huis. Enkel de matras is aan vervanging toe.
We hebben een fijne week gehad in de Ardennen. Een aantal aandachtspunten voor de eigenaar zijn: - zorg voor horren (na aankomst meer dan 100 muggen moeten vangen) - leg een elektrisch racket neer, dat voorkomt geplette muggen op muren en plafonds - buitenmeubilair tijdens een mooie week in oktober is fijn - mogelijkheid huren linnenpakket - zorg voor nette stofzuiger - 2-persoonsmatras is niet goed meer Geen winkels, bakkertje of wandelpaden in de buurt (10 km). Jacuzzi bij het huis top!
Fijn huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangename verblijf. Uitzicht vanuit de achtertuin was elke ochtend een genot.
Huisje is gelegen in een mooie en rustige omgeving. We hebben ervan genoten.
Mooie verzorgde vakantiewoning. Leuke tip van de eigenares ivm restaurant in de buurt ( Les Etanges de La Strange) minpuntje; sifon in de badkamer moet eens hersteld worden.......
