Het vakantiehuis is niet typisch Ardens, het is een mooi nieuw gebouwd modern huisje. Het huisje heeft een leuk terras, maar een tuin was nog in aanbouw. Het huisje ligt in een rustige straat en er is voldoende huisraad voor 4 personen.
