Located in a region with many tourist activities, this holiday apartment for five people in Butgenbach is set in a residential complex. The swimming pool area is shared with three other apartments
Featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom, this medium-sized holiday rental is ideal for families. The wellness area is equipped with sauna, Jacuzzi, showers, gym equipment and deckchairs. And the indoor swimming pool area is truly delightful. The fenced garden and the playroom are a plus for children. There is also a playground outside, which includes swings, slide, and sandbox. In addition, the garden features a terrace and barbecue facilities. Please note that the swimming pool and garden are shared common areas with other rentals. The house is suited for disabled guests and accessible to wheelchairs.
Located on a few kilometres from Lake Butgenbach, there are many tourist activities in this area. For example, you can relax at the Lake and Dam of Robertville . For more water sports fun, you can also go to Nidrum.
Nature lovers can go for walks in Bullange, part of the High Fens - Eifel Nature Park, and set within the confines of the Belgian Ardennes. You can enjoy the beauty of the region as well when visiting the Castle of Reinhardstein, a medieval castle overlooking the Warche valley. You can also admire the High Fens via the Railbike des Hautes Fagnes , also called "draisine". It is a kind of specially adjusted go-cart redesigned to ride on a railway.
If there is snow, you can enjoy the cross-country ski trails of the Mont Rigi. Walkers can also discover the treasures of the region by visiting the Maison du Parc - Botrange, located at the highest point in Belgium.

Because of the sofa bed, the cottage is best suited to accommodate five adults and two children/teenagers.
Please, note that other accommodations are located on the same residential area and that some facilities are shared (pool, spa, garden). Bathrobes provided.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

Superbe endroit avec piscine très adaptée à tous. De belles balades et restos tout près.
Vriendelijk ontvangst en de eigenaren stonden het gehele verblijf voor ons klaar. Prettig verblijf gehad met onze jonge kinderen. Zwembad is ieder uur te reserveren en dan ook prive. Gezamenlijke speeltuin goed en ruim opgezet. Appartement was prima!
Chouette maison, très bien située (entre le centre et le lac de Butgenbach). La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient agréables et l'accueil également. Seul bémol : le confort des deux divans n'était pas à la hauteur du confort global de la location.

schitterend verblijf... warm onthaal. zeer goede en correcte organisatie van de welness: 2x per dag kon je de volledige welness privé afhuren. een klein minpuntje: we hadden geen terrasje bij ons appartement 'forest' op de 1e verdieping.
Nous avons passé un très bon weekend , l endroit était agréable ,piscine et jacuzzi très bien . tout était parfait.
