Located 3 km away from the centre of Durbuy, this former hotel was completely renovated in 2016. Now it is a holiday rental with a modern and colourful style, which is an ideal place to get together with family or friends. With a total capacity of 22 people, this accommodation features nine bedrooms and nine en-suite bathrooms.
From the entrance, you will be charmed by the modern furnishing and the many welcoming living spaces: a large comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen that opens on to the dining room, a bar area adjoining the living room, a central double fireplace and Wi-Fi internet connection.
On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom that is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The first floor features six comfortable and spacious double bedrooms as well as two bedrooms for four people with bunk beds and a private bathroom.
Upstairs, the little ones have their own children's play area, which includes a small climbing wall, chalkboard and wooden games. Older kids can also have fun in the games room on the ground floor, which is equipped with darts, table football and billiards.
The cottage is located along a relatively busy road. The garden, the barbecue area and the terrace are at the rear of the building, in a quiet area and facing south. The owners have even arranged a laundry room with a fridge and dishwasher that is accessible from the terrace to facilitate the organisation of your meals outside.
In the basement of the house, you will find the salt cave, which was entirely built to measure and will add a completely different dimension to your stay. In this unique wellness area, you can enjoy the natural benefits of halotherapy, better known as salt therapy. The sessions last between 40 and 60 minutes (extra fee 100€, upon reservation) and consist of the therapeutic use of natural salt to treat respiratory problems (asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, and hay fever for example) and various skin conditions, such as allergies, eczema, and psoriasis. Heel mooi en heel proper veel comfort zeker aan te raden
Sehr großes, sehr gut ausgestattes Haus für eine große Familie. Alle haben genügend Platz, sich zu treffen, und alle zusammen an 1 Tisch zu essen. Super Küche, Super Schlafzimmer, nettes Außengelände, an dem auch Nachmittags noch Sonne ist. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist stark befahren, man hört jedoch dank der sehr guten Fenster nichts davon. Die Wanderwege direkt vom Haus weg sind eher steil. Durbuy ist eine sehr charmante kleine Stadt.

Super leuk huis voor met een grote vrienden groep met kinderen. De ligging is rustig en leuk. Veel leuke activiteiten en bezichtigingen in de buurt
Un excellent weekend passé un magnifique gîte tout équipé et situé à proximité de belles balades et découvertes. À recommander sans hésitation.
zeer proper huis met knap ingerichte kamers, speelruimte voor de kinderen (boven), de bbq was wel wat minder(veel te diep dus zeer veel houtskool nodig)

Wat ons tegenviel was de vieze afwasborstel, die we niet konden gebruiken, helaas geen vaatwastabletten. Verder waren er wel 3 koffiezetapparaten maar helaas maar 1 apparaat met filter, dit was nog niet zo erg maar hier was maar 1 onderkan bij. Twee was beter geweest. Hou er rekening mee, dat twee kamers gevuld zijn met elk 4 bedden (kids) met wel een douche op de kamer maar de wc’s zijn 5 m.verderop. Dit was voor ons een moeilijke keuze wie nu als volwassen koppel daar moest slapen.

Alles is ruimschoots aanwezig om met een grotere groep een mooi weekend te beleven. Hier en daar nog enkele spinnenwebben maar voor de rest niets dan goeie woorden over dit vakantiehuis. Een ideale en mooie bestemming voor een grote groep, waar we eveneens vriendelijk ontvangen zijn, wat ons betreft een dikke aanrader.
