Leuke woning voor grote groepen. Heeft wel een opfris beurt nodig
Goed, voldeed aan de verwachtingen.
Leuke vakantiewoning. Elke kamer heeft eigen badkamer. Goede keuken, maar vuur werkte niet naar behoren. Zeer gerieflijke verblijf, echter te weinig glazen .
Ruim opgezette accomodatie voldoende uitgerust om ons als vriendengroep te kunnen ontvangen. Onderhoud wat gedateerd en met name een onaangename (riool)geur zou beter kunnen.
La maison n'était pas bien nettoyée alors que le prix du nettoyage avoisine les 500 euros. Une honte!!! On a dû relever tous les verres. Pas de ciseau, de saladier, de couteau à pain... Les fauteuils du salon étaient en mauvais état et recouvert de couverture avec des traces douteuses. Le site indique des douches dans presque toutes les cgambre. En fait ce sont plutôt des baignoires avec pommeau de douche mais sans support. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette maison.

Voldeed niet aan de verwachting
Groot huis, mooie speeltuin. Meeste slaapkamers hebben geen douche. Overal enkel glas dus slaapkamers op zuiden te warm in de zomer. Keuken ligt volledig geïsoleerd van de rest van het huis. Wat niet zo gezellig is. Huis was niet echt proper. Maar hebben fijne tijd met familie gehad. Uiteindelijk is het gezelschap het belangrijkste
Prima. Met grote groep geweest. Dichtbij alle faciliteiten in de buurt.
Jammer van sommige douches dat de stangen kapot waren om de kop aan te hangen. Properheid kon hier en daar nog iets beter maar voor de rest kei leuk huis met veel ruimte
Leuk verblijf. Vakantiehuis is een oud hotel met veel ruimte zowel in de leefruimtes als de kamers
Fijn vakantiehuis om met vrienden een weekend naar toe te gaan. ruime setting, aangename ruimtes, goede kamers. Prijs-kwaliteit goed. Aantal kleine verbeterpunten naar de toekomst toe qua onderhoud. Qua verblijf tussen groepsverblijf en hotel in. Mooie tuin, leuke omgeving.
Nous étions 20 avec 4 petits enfants et tout le monde était très content après ce beau we famille. À part quelques petits détails, on pourrait envisager de revenir une année en famille où entre amis.
Wij gaan al 40 jaar met ons gezin en verdere familie in dec. een lang weekend weg. Op enkele kleine minpuntjes na, beviel dit huis ons goed. Maar waarschijnlijk zoeken we voor het volgende jaar weer een ander huis waar we met onze groep van 18 personen een fijne tijd door hopen te brengen.
Alles aanwezig om een leuk verblijf te hebben met een grote groep familie en vrienden! Goeie startbasis voor mooie wandelingen langs de Ourthe. ? Enkele verbeterpunten in de woning om het nog aangenamer te maken: zorgen dat alle gasvuren in de keuken werken, vervelend geurtje in de gemeenschappelijke toiletten wegwerken.
Het huis is verouderd en heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Wat vonden wij wel positief: - De ruimte beneden (eet- & zitgedeelte, incl voetbal- en biljarttafel). De salon is aan vervanging toe. - De keuken is voorzien van een professioneel kookfornuis (gas), 2 vaatwasmachines, voldoende koelruimte
Nous étions 22 amis et nous avons passé un super we. Maison très agréable à l’intérieur avec des grands espaces et le bar. Chambres confortables même si certaines sdb meriteraient d’être restaurées. Très bonne situation, nous avons fait de superbes ballades. Les -: une terrasse très bruyante à l’avant avec pas assez de tables et il manque de vaisselle et de verre.
Ruim huis en tuin. Zeer geschikt voor grote groepen, ook met kinderen. Voor wie graag buiten zit/eet/apéro's doet is het wel even wennen dat het terras aan de straatkant ligt, maar daar ben je snel aan gewend. Grote keuken met veel handige koeling. Enige "aandachtspuntje": net iets meer bestek, glazen en kommen zou zeer praktisch zijn, vooral als je met een grote groep bent. Verder alles voorhanden voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

Parfaite pour un grand groupe (nous étions 23 adultes), avec une cuisine bien équipée et un bar parfaitement agencé. Nombreuses activités aux alentours .
Is gereed voor een kleine renovatie
Het huis is goed maar heeft wat verbeterpunten. In de keuken is er te weinig bestek aanwezig; er waren geen messen die goed snijden en er mogen meer schaaltjes zijn om slaatjes en dergelijke in op te dienen. Het gerief voor de bar zou ook beter in de bar staan ipv in het salon. De kamers zijn goed maar zeer verschillend. In de badkamers kan je niet goed douchen : er is een douchestang, maar die kan je niet ophangen tegen de muur.
De vorming van de groep waarmee ik op vakantie was, gaf dat de vakantie goed bevallen was. De staat van de woning viel tegen. De keuken daarintegen, die is echt geweldig! Dat was helemaal mijn ding. De service was ook geweldig!
Super séjour, un peu difficile de trouver les accès pour les lumières mais nous avons passé un très beau week-end !

Een heerlijk voormalig hotel met uitstekende bedden. Je hebt weinig last van elkaar omdat alles goed is geïsoleerd. De minpuntjes zitten hem in de onderhoud van de woning. Het huis heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Tapijt is versleten, de nodige verf is niet top. Het is allemaal niet top afgewerkt. We hadden ook last van een lekkage, maar die werd snel en professioneel opgelost.
