This freshly-renovated house is located on the edge of a small village, by some woods and a river. You’ll love the light, uncluttered living space. The finishes and attention to detail create a very relaxing atmosphere. For example, the indirect lighting makes long winter evenings super-cosy. The layout has also been well thought-out; there is one bedroom on the ground floor with its own shower room so the occupants don’t need to use the stairs and the others are on the first floor, separated from the living area. Finally, you’ll love spending time on the patio and in the garden, with games for the kids and boules for the grown-ups.
You’ll be staying in Petit-Han, walking distance (around 2 km) from Durbuy. In other words, you’ll be in a quiet spot while also not far from the lively town and the many activities it has to offer. Kayaking, a day at an adventure park, a walk amidst tree sculptures, views of the château... There’s so many great experiences to be had in this region! We’ve even prepared an itinerary for a day in Durbuy with small children and a route for a nature walk in the area.

Please note that the sleeping quarters are divided between the ground floor and the first floor, which is accessed via some quite steep stairs.

Heel mooi vakantiehuis, mooie uitvalbasis als je Durbuy wilt bezoeken.
het was super , super huisje , vriendelijk ontvangst , goede locatie op wandel afstand van durbuy in het huisje zelf was alles aanwezig mooi verzorgt enige aanrader misschien in de badkamers een wisser voorzien om de glazen wand van de douche proper te maken maar anders niks op aan te merken ook nog een pluspunt op 100 m van je huisje vind je een bakker beenhouwer en supermarktje je hoeft eigenlijk niks van thuis mee te nemen

Prima vakantiehuis Zeer tevreden en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
Heel fijn huis, genoten met onze familie. Op loopafstand van Durbuy. De bakker tegenover het huis is echt een meerwaarde! Zelfs in het weekend al vanaf 7.00 uur geopend. Ook genoeg speelgoed aanwezig voor de kinderen.
Top verblijf. Bakker en slager in de nabijheid. Durbuy ligt op wandelafstand alsook verschillende wandelpaden en GRs.
Voor een 2e x de woning geboekt, het zag er nog net zo netjes uit als in 2018. Heel jammer dat de bar aan de overkant dicht was zonder opgegeven reden, maar super weer gehad en dus goed gebruik gemaakt van de grote kindvriendelijke tuin. Een nieuwe wandelroute binnendoor ontdekt naar Durbuy aan de overkant van de grote weg . Wel een beetje heuvelachtig maar toch ideaal! Winkel, bakker en frietkraam op 5 minuten lopen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
Prachtig huis, top ligging, prachtige tuin, mooie kamers. 1 klein min puntje is geen verduistering aan het dakraam. Maar voor de rest niks dan lof voor het huis en de verhuurders.
Wij komen hier het 2e jaar op rij. Zeer fijn huis en op wandelafstand van Durbuy. Wij komen zeker terug!
Séjour super agréable je garde l’adresse bien au chaud. Maison très bien située par rapport à Durbuy et commodité comme boulangerie etc.
Top. Super ligging voor ons. 3 parkeerplaatsen. Netjes en ruim. Heel wat spelletjes, tv en muziekbox aanwezig. Heel wat keukengerief en keukenapparaten te gebruiken. Voor alles een handleiding aanwezig. Geen handdoeken en lakens aanwezig maar dit was op voorhand vermeld in de beschrijving. Elke kamer heeft een douche en lavabo, ideaal! De eigenaar is makkelijk te bereiken via whatsapp. Waarborg ook volledig teruggehad. Geen verborgen kosten. Wij hebben alvast een super weekend gehad.
Heel praktische, verzorgde woning. Alles erop en eraan Erg genoten van de omgeving. Ook praktisch dat er een bakker en beenhouwerij is op loopafstand. De tuin is ook netjes , tuinmeubelen genoeg
We hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad!
Wij gingen op weekend met een groep van 4 koppels. Het vakantiehuis bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een perfect weekend. Alles is nieuw, goed onderhouden, zeer proper. De ligging is een extra pluspunt: dichtbij bakker en slager, kayak… Pierre was heel vriendelijk en gemakkelijk bereikbaar! Het enige minpuntje dat wij konden vinden is het feit dat er geen vliegenramen waren. Hierdoor hadden we nogal veel last van muggen/warmte.
