This former farmhouse transformed into a 3-star holiday cottage for 18 persons in the Belgian Ardennes is the perfect departure point for a discovery tour of the region. With its 7 bedrooms everybody's privacy will be guaranteed and the rural style of the building brings an authentic and warm atmosphere inside. The 4 bathrooms at your disposal are also well-equipped: washbasin, WC, shower/bath. A whirlpool bath, a sauna and an outdoor warmed swimming-pool complete the wellness amenities. No doubt you will be hungry after relaxing in hot water; the functional kitchen will then allow you to prepare delicious meals. And the dining room with its long table, its billiard and its sofas will allow everybody to gather in one place. A playroom also offers children games. Do you feel like playing darts or table football? Or would you rather watch a DVD on the television? This is all possible in this nice room with enough sofas for the whole family. And if you need to check something on the internet, a wireless connection is at your disposal. If the weather allows it you may enjoy the trampoline, the table tennis table, the outdoor warmed swimming-pool and the fine terrace with garden furniture.
Durbuy, the most little town in the world. Who has already been there knows this to be true. In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes in the province of Luxembourg you may visit this fine little town. The labyrinth is really worth a visit with children. The layout of this maze changes every year.
Would you rather something sporty? You may go for a kayak trip, do MTB or hire a Vespa. Check these two centres: La Petite Merveille and Les Remous.
The region of Durbuy is ideal for nature lovers. In this groupaccommodation you will spend a fantastic stay in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.
The swimming-pool is available from the 1st of April until the 15th of October. This holiday cottage also has a sauna and a whirlpool bath. There are fun activities nearby.
The house is only reserved for families.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

We had a great stay in a beautiful house. You get all informations before you start your vacation. We did not miss a thing. We will come back!!!
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels la maison était propre dans l'ensemble. Très beau quartier au calme.
Mooi vakantie huis. Super omgeving, maar ook genoeg te beleven in en rondom de villa. Vooral het (overdekte) zwembad was meerwaarde
Alles prima.in orde op een enkel mankement na. Grootste probleem was de hoeveelheid vliegen. Verder mooie villa en goede faciliteiten. We hebben een leuk weekend gehad.
Groot huis ligt mooi afgelegen in de mooie natuur. Voldoende slaapkamers, badkamers en toiletten. Je kan je hier niet vervelen. Voor iedereen is iets te doen. Zwemmen, relaxen in zwembad, jacuzzi of sauna, spellen doen, TV spellen doen, tafeltennis, dart, tafelvoetbal, biljart en jeux de boules. Hebben ons goed vermaakt!
Een perfecte accomodatie voor een familiebijeenkomst of groep van bekenden. De ligging is prachtig en er zijn veel voorzieningen om er, ook bij slecht weer, mooie dagen te beleven.
Zeer kindvriendelijk. Grote meerwaarde was voor ons de biljart. We vonden ook de verschillende ruimtes een surplus voor een grote groep. Keuken etc… was heel goed voorzien van materiaal. Ook zeer ruime slaapkamers. Minpunten waren sommige elementen die een onderhoud nodig hebben. Maar zeer genoten van ons verblijf.
Maison spacieuse et équipée comme annoncé sur le site. Néanmoins, l'état actuel de la propriété et de ses équipements ne justifie pas son loyer très élevé. L'impossibilité de louer draps et serviettes enlève également au confort de l'ensemble.
Het huis op zich is goed en ruim. Er moeten wel enkele herstellingen gebeuren zoals de trampoline en bepaalde ramen. Gebrek aan vliegenramen boven is wel heel vervelend. De overkapping van het zwembad kan maar half open. Bij warm weer moet alles open want het is er vlug > 50° onder en dit kon maar voor de helft.
Het huis doet zeker aan de verwachtingen qua grootte. Wij waren met 8 volwassenen en 6 kinderen. Zeker ruim genoeg! Spijtig dat de netheid minder was. T leek proper. Maar hebben de eerste dag de hoekjes ( ook op de vensterbanken) gestofzuigd en zelfs vensters gewassen. Er zaten zeer veel vliegen maar kunnen de eigenaars natuurlijk niets aan doen. ( volle vliegenvanger hing nog hing in de keuken zwart van de vliegen)Het zwembad was een groot succes! Dus al bij al een fijne week gehad!Dankjewel!
Zeer groot en goed uitgerust huis. Minpuntje was de druk op het water van de douches, de zetels in de living zaten door en het warmteverschil tussen de 2 gebouwen terwijl er maar 1 thermostaat was. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal.
