The sitting room with fireplace is perfect to relax. You will enjoy sitting there and having a cosy chat together. The open fire may be used in winter, of course, but why not also in summer when the late evenings become chilly? Perfect to enjoy an authentic moment in the Ardennes!
The house is equipped with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in order to host up to 22 persons in the best conditions. The children and teenagers will surely enjoy sleeping in the 6-person bedroom with bunk beds. As far as the adults are concerned, they will enjoy more privacy in their private double bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and benefits from a private bathroom, which is more comfortable for people with a disability.
This 3.5 star holiday rental is located at the heart of the Ardennes region. The villages around Durbuy, like Barvaux, Tohogne and Bomal will allow you to discover this beautiful region.

Net en gezellig huis om met een groter gezelschap te verblijven. Ligging is ook perfect. Prima prijs /kwaliteitverhouding!

Vakantiewoning op zich is ok, te kleine keuken voor grote groep en het ontbreken van een tuin om met de kinderen te ravotten zijn de enige minpunten. Leuk zwembad.
A great house for a family with children but it needs maintenance and better cleaning. The indoor swimmingpool (~1,5 m deep) is very nice but has a bit too much chlorine. Beds aren’t of the best quality. Living space is OK for at least 15 people but becomes a bit small for the advertised 22 people. Gameroom with table tennistable in basement is a nice bonus. Quit surroundings. Nice small area with picknic tables and a fixed BBQ place. All in all a good place to stay but not top quality

Week-end top! Fidèle à ce qui était proposer sur le site.
Er waren wel wat gebreken, nazicht van ramen , deuren, waterkranen en lampen mag wel eens gebeuren. De tuin viel wat tegen maar het zwembad was dan weer heel goed. De kamers in de kelder zijn ook niet zo aangenaam, gebrek aan w.c. Bbq was ok, keuken wel wat klein voor zoveel personen.
Het huis is zeer basic ingericht en niet voorzien voor het aantal bedden. Enkele kamers bevinden zich in de kelder die te weinig verlucht is en niet voorzien van een badkamer. Het huis was niet echt proper, verouderd en niet goed onderhouden. De prijs is te duur voor de geleverde kwaliteit.
heerlijke midweek met familie gehad (2-84 jaar) zwembad aan huis was fantastisch!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La météo était de notre côté, il a fait très bon et nous avons profité de la terrasse. La piscine fut très appréciée par tous. Dans ce gîte, outre la terrasse et le parking, il n'y a pas de jardin alors que la location prévoit 300m2 de jardin ( enfants déçus). Une seule pièce de vie pour un tel groupe, c'est peu d'espace si la pluie avait été de la partie: manque de coin repos, de fauteuils à l'intérieur et extérieur.
Choix par défaut vu le problème de non accessibilité du premier choix et communiqué seulement le jour du départ. Gîte trouvé par Ardennes étape pour dépannage
Het zwembad erbij was fijn. De tuin was wat klein. Maar de eigenaresse communiceert matig. De keuken lekte, het fornuis werkte niet goed. Verder had het terrras had al vlekken waarvoor we later aansprakelijk werden gesteld. Ook kregen we boetes die buitensporig waren en waar niet over te discussiëren viel.
Prettig verblijf gehad. De temperatuur van het zwemwater was wat laag maar werd op onze vraag door eigenares verhoogd. Verder alles ok.

Super endroit pour un dépaysement garantie et accueil chaleureux
La maison ne se prête pas vraiment à un voyage en famille. Les alentours ne sont pas remarquables. Vous devrez prendre la voiture pour accéder à des balades agréables. La ménagement de la maison n'est pas très qualitatifs, la literie est mauvaise et la piscine est assez froide.

Super leuk vakantiehuis, goede ligging kort bij tal van activiteiten. Het huis kan wel links en recht een opknapbeurt gebruiken. De keuken vonden we net wat klein om voor een grote groep comfortabel te kunnen koken. Het zwembadwater mocht voor mijn part ook enkele graden warmer. Maar alles bij elkaar een top verblijf gehad.

Alles was ok
Au sujet de la cuisine, nous avons regretté de trouver une vaisselle sale (en partie). Nous avons regretté également de trouver le flipper annoncé inutilisable (pas de balle et une tige cassée mal réparée).
Voor die prijs kan je mooiere onderhouden huisjes vinden.
