This small farmhouse conversion in Erezée (Soy) in the Province of Luxembourg was renovated into a 3-star holiday house for 22 persons. Its garden with covered terrace can be enjoyed by young and old alike.

The landlords have designed this self-catering accommodation to be practical and functional for a group of 22 persons on holiday. With 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a laundry room and a spacious dining room with a wood-burner stove where you can share meals together in a cosy setting.

This group accommodation was built to ensure you spend great holidays with family and friends.

Outside, you will find children games: swing, boules strip, wooden games… There is a Ravel just behind the garden that links the villages of Marche-en-Fammenne and Hotton. Ravels are great starting points for a bicycle promenade or just for a walk with a stroller.

The hamlet of Erezée (Soy) in the Province of Luxembourg is located between Durbuy, La Roche and Hotton, making it an ideal location to explore a lot of what the Belgian Ardennes have to offer.

Some activities in the region comme particularly recommended: the Chocolaterie Defroidmont the Hotton Caves or the Aisne Tourist Tramway.

The village of Soy is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes in the province of Luxembourg. This small village belongs to the municipality of Erezée, where the Tramway Touristique de l'Aisne shows people around on the old train rails. Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne , two of the most delightful cities in the Ardennes, are just a half an hour's drive away from Soy.

Erezée [5km]

Erezée is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes in the province of Luxembourg. It is the perfect departure point for a great hike in the region. The classic Tourist Tramway (TTA) passes through Erezée and guarantees a delightful afternoon. Two other great spots in the Belgian Ardennes, Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne are located less than a half an hour's drive from Erezée.

Hotton [6km]

Hotton , a little place in the Belgian province of Luxembourg, is divided by the river Ourthe. Its caves and parks are great places to start exploring the amazing nature of the region and the little city of Marche-en-Famenne is just a few minutes away. Nature and lively city centre combined! Een erg gezellige woning, ruim en kleurrijk ingericht met fijn ingerichte kamers, badkamers en toiletten en beneden een gezellige leefkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. het speelhuis ernaast is voor klein en groot een extra argument om hier te verblijven.

Alles was echt helemaal zoals we ons voorgesteld hadden! Voor mij een super accommodatie en verblijf. Sommigen hadden het wel wat fris gehad doordat de grote ruimte beneden wat moeilijker te verwarmen is maar de kachel hielp zeker wel ?. Ik zou graag terugkeren voor ons volgend familie weekend!
