This self-catering accommodation for six persons in the Erezée region of the Province of Luxembourg is ideal for adults or adults with children thanks to its three bedrooms on the first floor. Two bathrooms are also at your disposal, including one adjoining the private sauna on the first floor.
On the ground floor of this holiday cottage, you will be able to cook in a beautiful kitchen that opens to the dining room and the adjoining cosy living room where you can opt to read a book or watch television.
The outside of the holiday house boasts two covered terraces. One is on the ground floor and the other is accessible through the two bedrooms upstairs.
The garden is entirely enclosed to ensure your children can play in complete safety. Furthermore, a large part of the garden is located directly in the woods, completely immersing you in the natural setting this self-catering accommodation has to offer.
The holiday house is located in the Erezée region of the Province of Luxembourg. You can easily drive to Hotton or Barvaux for groceries and if you go a little further, you will discover Durbuy, known as the smallest town in the world.

Although the garden is completely enclosed, the landlord does not allow dogs on the property because of health concerns due to his dog allergies.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Ons verblijf was zeer comfortabel, alles is voorzien tot en met Netflix toegang op de TV. De houtkachel is heel gemakkelijk, maakt het niet alleen gezellig maar warmt de ruimtes ook goed op. Ook zeer correcte en aangename communicatie met de eigenaars.
Mooi vakantiehuis gelegen in het bos. Goed onderhouden huis en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Prachtig verblijf gehad in deze mooie chalet. Uitstekend uitgerust, alles was aanwezig. Zeer gezellige chalet, rustig gelegen, dicht bij interessante dorpjes zoals Durbuy, Hotton. Aangenaam contact met de eignaars. Zeker een aanrader.
Zeer fijn verblijf gehad met vrienden op mtb weekend. Het huis is heel geriefelijk en van alle gemakken voorzien, veel comfort. Zeer aangenaam zowel binnen in huis als buiten in de tuin, met BBQ en tuinmeubelen. Fijne eigenaars. Mooie omgeving! Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Prima verblijf. We hebben een heerlijke week in de Ardennen gehad.

We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden in jullie chalet en hebben een fantastisch weekend samen met de dochters en hun vriend achter de rug in jullie chalet. Heel mooi en comfortabel huis en goede uitvalsbasis om uitstappen te doen. Ook heel leuk om de eekhoorntjes in de tuin te zien. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce chalet, qui a dépassé toutes nos attentes ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l’atmosphère chaleureuse et la propreté impeccable des lieux. L’emplacement est idéal. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé : cuisine moderne, literie confortable, et un salon cosy où nous avons passé de belles soirées en famile. Les hôtes ont été au petit soin, toujours disponible et soucieux de notre confort. Nous recommandons ce chalet les yeux fermés.

Heerlijk verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien om lezen, een spelletje te doen of lekker helemaal niks. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de omliggende dorpen en activiteiten. En niet onbelangrijk op 5 min een supermarkt voor verse broodjes.
Mooie zeer schone woning met goede bedden. Genoeg ruimte, een fauteuil zou de zitruimte compleet maken voor 6. Fijne kachel, genoeg hout, heel goede bedden. Nette keuken.

Een erg fijne en ruime woning gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving. Perfect voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar rust, ontspanning of sportief hun tijd willen besteden met de stadjes Hotton en Durbuy in de zeer nabije ongeving

Aangenaam vakantiehuis . Ondanks gebrek aan mooi weer toch een leuk verblijf gehad.

Prima chalet met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf in de Ardennen. Het huis was erg schoon en ruim en met 3 volwaardige slaapkamers was het prima om met 6 volwassen personen te verblijven. Het enig minpuntje zou zijn het sauna gedeelte. De sauna werd niet warmer dan 60 graden celcius en de ruimte rook ook niet heel fris. Voor de rest top huis en we hebben genoten van het flesje wijn dat klaarstond bij aankomst.

Net vakantie huis, ruim, moderne inrichting, keuken en bedden oke, parkeren oke....
Zeer comfortabel, gezellig en net huisje met ruime slaapkamers en goede bedden. De sauna is niet top - krijg je niet zo goed warm, maar dat is een klein detail. Voor de rest: zeker een aanrader. Ook goed gelegen naar verschillende stadjes, om te wandelen, etc.
