This wonderful holiday home was renovated in 2002 and has every comfort necessary for an enjoyable stay. Have a great stay here in the Belgian Ardennes. The holiday home consists of two houses for six people each.
The six bedrooms have been decorated differently and will ensure you get the rest you need. Each bedroom can accommodate two guests. There are two bathrooms with a bathtub/shower combination, one or two washbasins, and a toilet. You can enjoy a nice hot bath after a day of activity!
When the weather cooperates, you’ll have the option of preparing a nice meal on the BBQ grill. Children will love playing in the garden, where they’ll find outdoor games, such as a swing, a slide, a football goal, a pétanque court, and a badminton court. You’ll have access to the heated outdoor pool from 1 May to 30 September. The communal pool is open until 10 p.m.
Delicious meals can be prepared in the two kitchens. You’ll have everything you need to cook for 12 guests. There are basic facilities, such as a ceramic hob, multifunctional oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a vacuum cleaner.
Enjoy a nice glass of wine in the comfortable living room with a TV, hi-fi system, and enough room on the sofas for the whole group.
Houffalize is home to over 370 km of walking trails and 165 km of mountain biking trails. Take advantage of the nature and various sports such as kayaking, paintball, abseiling, and more.

Please note: this property comprises a total of three holiday homes. So, you may not be the only occupants of the building. Each rental has its own entrance, while the garden, the pool and the Outdoor games are communal.
The shared heated outdoor swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09 and is open until 10 pm.
The communal garden is enclosed for everyone's comfort and safety.
A baby bed and a high chair are provided in the holiday home.

Wij waren zeer tevreden
Mooi verzorgde gite met grote tuin en zwembad. Het zwembad ligt op een ander niveau dan de tuin. Wel vervelend dat ze twee huizen met een doorgang gebruiken voor één gite van 12 personen. Dwz dat in de benedenruimte van huis 1 de eettafel staat en in het andere huis de living. Als dus de kinderen in het salon zitten kan je die van aan de eettafel niet in het oog houden. Opgelet je bent niet alleen op de locatie. Er zijn in totaal 3 gites dus je deelt zowel de tuin als het zwembad met anderen.
Mooi gelegen groot huis met een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad waar we elke dag van hebben genoten. Vriendelijke host. Wifi via een enkele wifiversterker was onbruikbaar.
Alles was ok en netjes. Ruim huis. Eerste verdieping ok tweede verdieping zeer warm.
Prima huis, zeer schoon, wel kleine woonkamer, prima eetkamer, voldoende keukengerei
Een mooie vakantiehuis!
Wat een leuk huisje .. heel net en super voor ons gezin heel leuke en propere kamers en alles was aanwezig .. zeker voor herhaling vatbaar .
Wederom een fijn verblijf. Sinds ons laatste verblijf is de tuin Angepast en liggen er tegels rond het zwembad. Met de vriestemperatuur was de tuin daardoor verraderlijk glad. Verder een fijn verblijf ik een goed uitgeruste woning.
Goed uitgeruste nette woning in een rustige straat. Is prima om met vrienden te verblijven en van daaruit uitstappen te doen naar toeristische plaatsen in de buurt. Ook ideaal als uitvalsbasis om te gaan fietsen. Alle moderne comfort is aanwezig.
Het was een superleuke vakantie, we hebben er van genoten.
prachtige ligging proper rustig, terras en zwembad super ok. alarm staat wel iets te gevoelig.
Een aanrader
Het is een heel mooi verblijf met de nodige voorzieningen. Het verwarmde zwembadwater was bij aankomst al 27°C dus heerlijk. Vriendelijke gastheer die op eenvoudige vraag zwembad elke dag open deed. Nodige voorzieningen zoals borden, bestek, dekbedden, ... zijn voldoende aanwezig. Als ik 1 negatief punt moet aanhalen, zijn het de harde matrassen. Voor mijn medereizigers geen probleem, voor mijn rug helaas wel. Veel kamers en 4 wc's (!) zodat je ook met verschillende gezinnen terecht kan.
Zeer fijne en ruime woning. Ideaal voor een verblijf met familie en kinderen.
