Located in the province of Liège, this beautiful 3.5 star holiday home for 6 people is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends in the heart of the Ardennes. The main living area features a comfortable living room with pellet stove and a very spacious and inviting dining room, which opens up to the modern and well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, your Ardennes-Etape holiday rental boasts three cosy bedrooms decorated with great taste, where you will spend some pleasant nights in a peaceful haven. Additionally, one of the two bathrooms, which are modern and functional, is private.
For your comfort, there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine at your disposal. Also, some baby equipment is available so you can better enjoy a pleasant stay with your little ones.
Outside, the farmhouse feaures a beautiful private garden with an area of 2000m². Heel fijn huis welke van alle gemakken is voorzien. Grote mooie tuin met een fijn zwembad.
Onze verwachtingen werden overtroffen wat betreft het huis, zwembad en de tuin. Groot schoon net onderhouden huis met alle voorzieningen. Goede comfortabele bedden drie mooie slaapkamers. Nette ruimte met wasmachine, schoonmaak spullen, 2x kinderstoelen van IKEA en waar het afval duidelijk gesorteerd kon worden zonder stankoverlast ervan te ondervinden. Het zwembad was top goed onderhouden mooie ligstoelen ideaal voor verkoeling tijdens de warme dagen. Prima verblijf met of zonder kinderen
Helemaal top! Een geweldig mooi en zeer schoon huis met een prachtige tuin en groot zwembad. Fantastische plek voor de kinderen. De eigenaar is oprecht aardig en zeer gastvrij. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.
Super tevreden! Ontvangst was aangenaam, gite heel proper en prima onderhouden. Zwembad groot en lekker warm :-). Aan Bernadette en Benoit: Bedankt voor de flexibiliteit, we hebben ervan genoten!
Een zeer mooi verzorgd huis. Grote mooie tuin. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Zwembad beschikbaar en vrij groot. Beetje lawaai van de straat in de tuin en in de voorste slaapkamer als minpuntje.
We hebben een hele fijne week achter de rug in deze mooie, gerieflijke woning. In de tuin was het aangenaam vertoeven en in het zwembad heerlijk plonzen. De watertemperatuur was lekker warm, dus met ietwat kouder weer konden we toch wel plonzen.

De mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ze hebben zelfs geholpen om een wagen terug op de baan te krijgen door de sneeuw. Duidelijke rondleiding. Verzorgd huis en een keuken die zeer voorzien is.
