In the living area, there is something to please everyone thanks to the different spaces available. The main living room is equipped with a fireplace and corner bar, were you can spend some unforgettable moments with your group of family or friends. You can also enjoy a good time playing billiard or concocting delicious dishes in the hyper equipped kitchen.
If what you need is a moment of relaxation, you will love the wellness area, which features a sauna, a steam room and a relaxation area. This is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy your stay!
A good holiday also depends on pleasant nights. And you will surely have that here! The comfortable bedding, the unique warm atmosphere, and the modern en suite bathrooms; will make you dream and spend gentle nights to fully rest during your stay. The cottage has a total of nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms; one of them is equipped with bathtub. The children sleeping room is delightful. Its unusual decoration and unique beds give the sensation of being in a hut. The children will love it!
Outside, the pleasant and spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the slightest ray of sunshine while the children can safely play in the green spaces.
Houffalize is also internationally renowned for its famous mountain bike trails! This accommodation is entirely designed for cyclists who can store their equipment in a secure room. A bike-wash is also available to clean their equipment after returning from a ride.
Your holiday cottage is located in a very pleasant residential area on the heights of the city of Houffalize, in the province of Luxembourg. If you are traveling with your family, make a trip to Houtopia. This educational park allows both young and old to discover the historical past of the region, which experienced an offensive attack in January 1945. For history buffs, we also recommend the Bastogne War Museum.
For thrill-seekers, we suggest a visit to Moulin Bock: Adventure Sports or the Paintball des Cheras: where thrills are guaranteed!

Zeer goed onderhouden huis met elk eigen slaap- en badkamer. Geen geluidshinder. Verzorgde welness en spelletjes aanwezig. Grote tuin.
Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir waren mit vielen Familien da und durch den großen Garten, waren die Kinder auch gut beschäftigt. Die Aussicht ist einfach toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire a l'écoute et très réactif, le gîte est très bien entretenu. Rien n'a dire de défavorable , je vous le recommande.
Super verblijf, perfecte ligging, leuk om met gezinnen met kinderen te verblijven, goed onderhouden. Alleen de kosten van verbruik vielen voor ons wel tegen.
Très beau gîte de qualité, bien aménagé et équipé. Aménagement de l'annexe de cuisine à compléter par des armoires ou étagères pour l'entreposage des denrées alimentaires pour la vingtaine d'occupants potentiels.
Alleen maar lovende woorden voor ons verblijf. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlekkeloos, huis was tip top in orde en heel proper. We komen zeker terug!
Prachtige vakantiewoning, in uitstekende staat. Hier valt gewoon niets op aan te merken. Hier komen we graag terug.

Fantastische woning, geweldige ligging, fijne ontvangst en goede communicatie met de eigenaar.
Excellent séjour, le chalet est top, assez grand pour que les enfants et les adultes puissent mener leur vie sans gêner les autres. Sauna, hammam au top ! Et la cabane... le paradis des enfants !
