This former henhouse has been completely renovated and converted into a real cosy little nest to offer guests a relaxing stay with your lover or your sweetheart. Comfort, calm and sweetness!
On the ground floor, you will find a small kitchenette and the dining table. All the necessary kitchen equipment is provided so that you can prepare a small and delicious meal to enjoy by candlelight.
Behind the door and the counter-step hides the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs, under the roof, there is a small living room with sofa beds for two people. At nightfall, this room turns into a bedroom. From your cosy bed, you can watch the starry sky through the Velux window on the roof. And at dawn, the singing birds will gently awake you. With your feet still under the duvet, you can enjoy the view on the garden and the surrounding countryside.
In summer, the garden is the perfect place to relax, read under the shade of a tree or take a nap in the sun. The owner has set up a small round table and two chairs for lunch outside. A barbecue is also at your disposal.
This charming rental also has Internet connection. And it is ideally located in the countryside, just 10 minutes away from the centre of Spa. This is the advantage of the Ardennes!
Nestled at the edge of the woods, you can go on walks directly from your holiday home. For outdoor lovers and a nice change of scenery, the High Fens are not far away.
In the centre of the small village of Sart-Lez-Spa, accessible on foot or by bicycle, you will find all necessary shops: bakery, grocery, tourist office, pharmacy, etc.
The town of Spa is only 10 minutes away by car and offers numerous activities throughout the year. You can also find many shops, which are even open on Sunday, in this touristy and attractive city. And the market day is Tuesday.

Pets not allowed
Helemaal wat we ervan hadden verwacht. Alleen het bed/ slaapzetel was niet comfortabel. In de keuken hebben we een microgolfoven gemist. Verder is dit ‘peperkoeken’ huisje leuk ingericht en heel fijn gelegen.
Si vous chercher une petite maison idéalement placée pour des balades à pied/vélo, je recommande vivement. L'environement est super agréable, le jardin est très agréable et privilégie le calme. Le local à vélos est aprécié. Biensur, il faut faire abstraction d'espace intérieur et accepter certain point noire (litterie/cuisine)

Mooie locatie en gezellig huisje aan de buitenkant. Het bed (uitreksofa) is zeer slecht. Matras was vies en bed hangt volledig door. De keuken is vuil (er stond schimmel op een deel van het service, op de snijplanken en het gourmettoestel). Er komt amper water uit de kraan. Wifi werkte voor geen meter. Contact opgenomen met de eigenaar maar die kon me niet verder helpen. Het huisje heeft potentieel maar helaas geeft het een verwaarloosde indruk.

Ancien four à pain reconverti en agréable et charmant petit gîte. Jardin et vue extraordinaires. Calme garanti.
Heerlijk knus huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Prachtige tuin met een weids uitzicht. Wat een fijne plek om te zijn. Waarschijnlijk komen we nog wel een keer terug.
