This 3.5-star holiday cottage will please all its guests thanks to all the amenities. It counts two living rooms, so that some can enjoy a calm environment while others do as they please in the living room comprised in the main living area of the house. It includes a wood-burning stove to warm up the heart of the house when it is colder outside. The dining room and the equipped kitchen are on the ground floor as well, along with one bedroom and its private bathroom. For your enjoyment, a wellness corner is at your disposal, offering a sauna and deckchairs. The basement is laid out as a playroom, comprising a billiard and a darts game.
The first floor of the house counts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, to give you the privacy you need. The decoration of the house is very sober and beautiful, it allows you to relax and enjoy a special time in the Ardennes with your friends or family. When it is sunny outside, you can take some fresh air in the large garden, from which you’ll have a splendid view of the surroundings. There is also a terrace with garden furniture, to enable you to share meals outside.
The holiday house is located in a nice area of the Ardennes, between Spa and Jalhay. This implies that you can discover the charm of the thermal city as well as stroll around in the wonderful landscapes of the Hautes Fagnes area. Go floating on a pedalo on the Lake of Warfaaz, or try moutain biking in Sart-lez-Spa! You are a thrill-seeker, the Skydive Spa is for you, to allow you to discover the region from up in the sky! And if you are rather of the loitering kind, the Thermal baths of Spa will make you feel relaxed. The Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack is located only a stone’s throw from there, don’t miss it!

Schitterend verblijf
We verbleven in het huis met 10 personen, van grootouder tot kleinkind; de leeftijd varieerde van 11 tot 71. Het huis bleek ruim genoeg, was comfortabel en zeer proper. Keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. (Wat wel van pas komt: een korte handleiding voor de oven.) Fijn verblijf in een heel mooie streek (de Oostkantons!) die ondanks het typische najaarsweer uitnodigde om te wandelen. Bos en open velden zijn vlakbij. Over de tv kan ik niets zeggen; wie kijkt nu tv op zo'n familieweekend?
Zeer mooi huis en uitzicht! Ons verblijf was heel aangenaam. Enkel misschien een nieuwere tv zou al veel helpen want deze is erg verouderd.
Super séjour avec jeunes enfants . Le temps était au rendez vous , ce sui nous a permis de profiter du beau et grand jardin. Cuisine hyper équipée . Niveau ustensiles nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait . Prévoir par temps chaud : moustiquiaires ou appareils anti moustiques. Piège à guêpes éventuellement uniquement si repas en exterieur . Prévoir essuis tout papier toilettes
Huis was prima in orde. Aanrader.
Grote ruime woning met ruime slaapkamers en 4 goede badkamers. Toiletten ook oké. Keuken prima in orde en voldoende ijskasten. Barbecues in de tuin zagen er onverzorgd uit en geven geen aanleiding tot gebruik. Een mooi terras maar het ontbreken van meerdere parasols of zonneluifel was wel een nadeel bij warm weer. Zeer weinig beschutting voor de zon. Ligstoelen zijn versleten.
Leuk en ruim vakantiehuis. Voldoende badkamers en wc's, allemaal zuiver. Fijne grote tuin en een mooie omgeving!

verblijf onder 9 fietsvrienden van 25-59 jaar. Zeer ruime woning met tal van faciliteiten, magistraal uitzicht, zeer goed onderhouden en zeer goede communicatie met eigenaar. Ideaal als startplaats voor mtb-routes in de buurt, dichtbij winkels. Zeker een aanrader. Prijs-kwaliteit is top
Aanrader voor groep volwassenen. Goed ingerichte woning met mooie tuin en een prachtig uitzicht!
Irréprochable : de nombreuses salles de bains et chambres, grands espaces, salle de jeu, rien à redire
Top vakantiehuis, ideaal voor een fietsvakantie. Wij hebben hier met plezier gelogeerd en alles was tip top in orde. Willen nog wel eens terugkomen.
