Thanks to a functional layout and modern amenities, eight people can stay here enjoying exemplary comfort. There are three bedrooms at your disposal, and one of them has bunk beds, which is ideal for children. The house has one bathroom and a second shower is also available in the wellness area, which is equipped with a sauna so you can enjoy a moment of relaxation at any time. The kitchen/dining room is very spacious, modern and well-equipped, which is perfect to prepare a nice family meal. Large and luminous, the living room is a very pleasant area to be in. The lounge area offers a more intimate atmosphere, with its lovely stone wall and carefully arranged sofas near the fire. Outside, you will also find a charming setting that includes a barbecue and garden furniture, so you can enjoy your summer evenings.
La Roche-en-Ardenne is the must-see tourist destination in the region. Besides the beautiful natural landscapes that surround it, you can also enjoy the rich heritage of the city. As such, the feudal castle is highly recommended to immerse yourself in an incredible medieval atmosphere. Fijn, ruim huis voor een verblijf met 4 volwassenen en 4 kleine kinderen. In korte afstand naar verschillende wandelingen. La Roche op 10 minuten rijden zorgt voor genoeg belevenis.
Je partage avec vous mon avis plus que positif sur la location d'un gîte dans les Ardennes ! ? Nous avons passé un week-end en famille dans ce gîte et nous avons été charmés. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée, très propre et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Ce n'était pas neuf, mais c'était cosy et chaleureux, exactement ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison. L'emplacement était idéal, dans un petit village avec des choses à faire et à découvrir. Je la recommande vivement. ElElle a du charme.?
Het is een mooi vakantiehuis, sfeervol ook, sommige plekjes of attributen in het huis kunnen wat beter schoongemaakt worden. Het contact met de verhuurder was kort en krachtig, enkel telefonisch contact om het huis te kunnen betreden en wat algemene informatie over het huis te krijgen, niks mis mee, maar je moet het wel prettig vinden, ons stoorde het niet. Op enkele minuten met de auto bevindt zich een goede bakker.

Over algemeen goed : groot en ruim, aangenaam bad, ruime kamers. Alles aanwezig in keuken. onaangenaam: Borden in de kast met aangekoekte spaghetti. Chauffage werkte niet, maar de kachels wel (en ze voorzien pellets ) Heel stoffig huis met veel spinnenwebben en larven in de lampenkappen en keukenmachines. Tuin niet afgezet , dus niet veilig voor honden. Geen wifi buiten (enkel binnen), 4G Orange geen bereik. Meerdere Aziatische Hoornaars gespot binnen en buiten!
Bedankt voor uw opmerking, die we hebben doorgegeven aan de eigenaar. Deze verzekert ons dat hij zal toezien op de netheid van de gîte, maar het is mogelijk dat er iets over het hoofd is gezien en hij biedt hiervoor zijn excuses aan. De verwarming stond in de zomermodus, maar het was inderdaad mogelijk om te verwarmen met de pelletkachel. De tuin is slechts gedeeltelijk omheind, zoals vermeld in de beschrijving. Hetzelfde geldt voor de slechte mobiele ontvangst op deze locatie (waar de eigenaar geen invloed op heeft). De eigenaar heeft nog nooit Aziatische horzels gezien, maar dit kan soms voorkomen en is helaas onvoorspelbaar. We hopen u weer te mogen verwelkomen in de Ardennen! Goed en proper huis. Bij problemen kwam er iemand die in de buurt woont helpen. Tijdens ons verblijf was er geen warm water. Dit probleem werd spijtig genoeg niet opgelost. Voor de rest was alles in orde. Aanrader voor vriendengroepen tot 8 personen.

Leuke ligging, we hebben een nieuwe kant van La Roche-en-Ardenne ontdekt. Het huis is degelijk, wel jammer dat de losse kraan nog steeds los staat. Vlot contact met de eigenaar.
Oke vakantiehuis, tuin is niet afgesloten, bedden van lage kwaliteit. Kraan in de keuken staat nog steeds los. Veel ruimte binnen weinig ruimte buiten. Goed vakantiehuis voor weekend.
Aangenaam en ruim vakantiehuis, goed gelegen om wandelingen te maken en niet ver van winkels/Horeca.
Im großen und Ganzen gut, ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns jedoch gestört: Wasserhahn in der Küche sehr wackelig, Türklinke vom Bad ist ständig abgefallen, in der Sauna fehlt eine Temperaturanzeige und Uhr

Het is ok, vriendelijk ontvangst.. maar wel wat manekementjes aan. losse kraan, sauna deur die niet sloot, .. Bv. op de site staat Senseo, maar die was er niet.. dus onze gekochte pads waren voor niets :D

Maison spacieuse avec du potentiel, bien située mais malheureusement hygiène à revoir. Nous lisons que c'est récurrent s ans les précédents avis, dommage que nous ne voyons pas d'amélioration. Vaisselle à relaver, plaques de four très sales, pas de kit de nettoyage.

Op zich een mooi huis. Groot genoeg voor 2 gezinnen. Heeft zeker potentie als het onderhoud verbeterd. Ook mag de schoonmaak beter, die was echt niet goed.... Jammer.
Zeer leuke locatie tof huisje met alles erop en aan , de woning is wel aan een opfrisbeurt toe. Maar de rest haden we een leuk verblijft.

Super leuk huis, zeer centraal gelegen. Top ontvangen en een heerlijke week gehad. Om het helemaal perfect te maken zou een airco in de slaapkamers bij warme dagen geen overbodige luxe zijn. Een afgesloten tuin zou het dan helemaal compleet maken.
Cadre très agréable et calme tout en étant pas isolé. Grand espace intérieur parfait pour les soirées entre amis. De très bonnes adresses à proximité pour manger.
