This beautiful stone house for 30 people in the province of Liege offers quality interior comfort thanks to its high-end amenities. Indeed, this cottage features a bubble bath, an infrared cabin and WIFI internet connection that is available throughout the accommodation. With its eleven cosy bedrooms and five functional bathrooms, you will have plenty of space and comfort. Featuring an authentic decoration typical of the Ardennes, your holiday rental is very bright and is divided into three levels. On the ground floor, there is a relaxation area that includes a sauna, bubble bath, a billiard table, table football and darts. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer; as well as a professional kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a bedroom for seven people.
On the first floor of your 2.5-star holiday home, there are two comfortable lounges (one of them is equipped with a fireplace and hi-fi equipment), four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of them are en-suite). On the last floor, you will find the other six bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them has a bubble bath).
Outside, your holiday home for 30 people has a beautiful 1800 m² private fenced garden that features a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a delicious wood fire barbecue, while the youngest guests have fun in the playground, which includes a trampoline, swing, and slide. Leuk huis voor een grote groep op een rustige locatie.
Très bon gite pour passer un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Le gite est bien situé dans une belle région.
Prima plek voor ons jaarlijks vriendenweekend. Goed uitgeruste keuken met ruime koelkasten. Voldoende plaats om zowel in groep samen te zitten, als je eens rustig terug te trekken. Eenvoudige slaapkamers, prima voor een weekend. Sauna deed deugd aan de stramme spieren. Het vakantiehuis is in het dorp gelegen, maar toch rustig. In enkele minuten sta je te voet in de mooie natuur, heerlijke wandelregio. Hartelijk onthaal.
Goed , maar te klein voor 25 personen. Alles ligt ook op een ander "verdiep".
Een ruim, comfortabel huis met vele mogelijkheden voor gezinnen met kinderen. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn zeer functioneel en voorzien van het nodige comfort. Het huis is zeer proper. De slaapkamers zijn rustig en voldoende verwijderd van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waardoor de nachtrust gegarandeerd is. De tuin is afgesloten en praktisch ingericht. Fijne omgeving om te wandelen met de kids. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.
Ik ben al meer dan tien jaar een trouwe klant bij jullie en boek elk jaar minimaal één verblijf in de Ardennen via jullie organisatie. Tot nu toe ben ik altijd tevreden geweest, maar helaas is mijn laatste ervaring niet naar verwachting verlopen. Het vakantiehuis waar wij verbleven voldeed niet aan de kwaliteit die ik gewend ben: De televisie werkte niet. De algemene staat en kwaliteit van het vakantiehuis waren ondermaats. De sauna was veel te klein voor een groep van 30 personen.
Nous sommes partis avec un groupe de 17 jeunes de trois institutions différentes et nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte! Il est très pratique pour les grands groupes, nous sommes allés visiter le centre médical héliporté juste à côté (très intéressant) et nous sommes sentis comme chez nous tout au long de notre séjour. L'accueil et le départ ont été agréable avec la personne responsable de l'état des lieux. On recommande chaleureusement!
Nette woning, goed voor een familie uitje
We zijn afgelopen weekend met ons voetbalteam in dit vakantiehuis neergestreken. Zeer prettig ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Veel ruimte en plaats in de tuin om activiteiten te doen zoals bbq en spellencircuit. Het huis heeft meerdere niveaus waardoor dat iedereen zich lekker kan terugtrekken mocht dit nodig zijn. Kortom een zeer fijne ervaring en snelle reactie bij het niet functioneren van de Wifi.
Ruime en verzorgde acomodatie.
Het vakantiehuis is mooi gelegen en een goed uitvalspunt voor wandelingen en diverse activiteiten. Het huis beschikt over voldoende slaapkamers maar de bedden zijn niet zo comfortabel. Er is een ruime keuken met alle comfort. De bestekmandjes van de vaatwassers zijn wel aan vervanging toe. De verlichting en akoestiek in de eetruimte kunnen beter. Sauna, bubbelbad en biljart zijn pluspunten.
Huis met vele mogelijkheden. Goede slaapkamers, uitstekende keuken en veel badkamers. De woomkamer is vrij klein voor 30 persoons en je gebruik geen uitzicht. Verder prima.
Ik vertolk de mening van de groepsleden. Globaal gezien van mindere kwaliteit, chaotisch, indeling weinig praktisch, bv bereik van de tuin via de eerste verdieping, zie verder de opmerkingen bij de verschillende vragen. We huren al vele jaren een vakantie huis via Ardennes Etapes en dit huis was het slechte wat we tot hiertoe huurden.

Niet echt geschikt voor een gezellige familie samenkomst
Wij deelden het huis met 12 personen. Slaapplaatsen genoeg als je met meerdere bent en samen wil slapen. Geen luxe maar alles aanwezig. Voor 30 personen zoals beschreven heb ik wel mijn bedenkingen. Misschien ook vermelden dat er vele hoge trappen zijn. Het is echt een huisje in de Ardennen. De muren zijn ook zeer dun, alles hoor je. Weinig licht boven de eettafel. Weinig kasten en kapstok voor de kledij. Super vriendelijk onthaal, zeer bereidwillige vrouw "Veronique". mooi uitgeruste keuken
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte convivial et fonctionnel. Petits bémols : il est situé à côté d'un héliport, donc nuisances sonores jour et nuit. Il n'y a pas le jacuzzi annoncé mais 2 bains à bulle dans les salles de bains.
We hebben een leuk weekend gehad. Ondanks dat het huis heel simpel was ingericht hebben we toch wel luxe en privacy ervaren
Gîte accueillant, bien équipé, calme. Sauna et bain bulles impeccables. Super week-end entre amis. Petit bémol les lits sont peu confortables. Accueil charmant. Très bon accueil.
Zeer rustig gelegen en alles voorzien.
Sober functioneel vakantiehuis zonder extra's (op de sauna na). Keuken en eetkamer zijn op gelijkvloers en jammer genoeg gescheiden van salon/speelruimte op de eerste verdieping, waardoor de groep vaak wordt opgesplitst. Alles is wat verouderd en straalt weinig gezelligheid uit.
Très chouette séjour en famille. La maison est conforme à la description. Dommage que les jeux mis à disposition ne sont pas en très bon état (jeu de fléchette sans flèche, une balle de babyfoot, une canne pour le billard avec embout abîmé...). Les deux frigos sont petits pour 30 personnes. En effet, le haut de l'appareil est un frigo mais le bas est un congelateur. Pour le reste, c'était très bien.
Très chouette maison pour 1 we de famille . Très bon accueil de Véronique.
Gîte rustique, cuisine bien équipée. Maison facile à chauffer, malgré la météo très froide. L'accueil était chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end.
