Zeer mooi vakantiehuis! Heel ruim en voorzien van alle comfort. Mooie ruime kamers, goede bedden, voorzien van allerlei animatie (pooltafel, shotterkast, pingpong). Mooie tuin. Toffe ligging voor verschillende wandelingen in de buurt.

Prachtig huis, smaakvol ingericht met alle mogelijke comfort; grote tuin, mooi aangelegd; ruim terras. Het ideale huis voor een geslaagd familieweekend. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.
Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis om in te verblijven: zeer ruim, van vele gemakken en vermaak voorzien en alles zeer comfortabel. Horren zouden het huis compleet maken. De tuin geeft je een vrij gevoel en biedt de mogelijkheid om je op allerlei manieren te vermaken, zij het met jeu de boules en je eten bereiden op de barbecue. Maar de kracht van dit vakantiehuis zit hem in de omgeving: prachtig uitzicht, en met wat geluk kom je net als wij herten, vossen of zelfs een hermelijn tegen.
Een waar pareltje. Alles wat je van een vakantiewoning verwacht is hier duidelijk overstegen. Mooie afwerking en degelijke materialen. Heel ruime kamers en badkamers. Eigenaar is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. (aankomst openbaar vervoer en zijn ons komen ophalen aan Malmedy Gare). Aan te raden!!!
Zeer ruime woning, gezellig ingericht. Geschikt voor families met kinderen ( tuin, schommel, pingpong...). Ideaal gelegen, midden in de natuur, toch dichtbij winkels e.d. in Malmedy. Vele wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt, alsook uitstappen naar kasteel, stadjes, museum, outdoor activiteiten.

Nous avons à nouveau passé un excellent séjour à Malmédy. La maison offre tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaires pour des vacances en familles réussies. De plus, les propriétaires ont fait quelques aménagements très appréciés. On y reviendra avec plaisir !
Een fantastisch ruim en modern huis waar je voldoende privacy behoudt als je met een grote groep bent. We waren hier voor de tweede keer en zagen verbeteringen die ons verblijf nog aangenamer hebben gemaakt.
Super mooi ruime woning met een ideale ligging voor fijne wandelingen. Omdat het hoog gelegen is heb je meteen verzichten rondom.
Het vakantiehuis is een echte aanrader. De weg er naartoe is een beetje moeilijk maar de ligging compenseert dat volledig. Het is een zeer ruim huis om met een grote familie of verschillende koppels te verblijven. De ligging is ontzettend rustig en praktisch verkeersvrij. Alle ruimtes zijn sfeervol ingericht met degelijke materialen. De keuken is zeer praktisch en alles is voorhandig. Heel het gebouw wordt meer dan voldoende verwarmd. De unit voor mindervaliden is zeer goed aangepast.
Enkele opmerkingen: Wifi was niet goed graag verbeteren dat er overal in huis wifi is !! De Eetstoelen zijn aan vervanging toe !! (Het leer is overal aan het af schilferen) Tot slot het verblijf was wel top komen zeker terug ?

Huis was zalig, de ligging ook, jammer dat je vanuit de tuin niet echt een zicht hebt... het ontbreken van een haardroger en badproducten in de badkamers... voor de rest, was verblijf echt super!!

Via sms 2 dagen aankomsttijd laten weten ivm taalprobleem. Kregen sms terug zodat we dit konden vertalen. Dit verliep prima ivm sleuteloverdracht. Er was geen routebeschrijving maar prima kunnen vinden via navigatiesysteem, weg er heen (beide kanten) ook prima. Keuken zeer goed voorzien, alles zeer ruim en netjes. Poolkamer is een hele leuke extra. De eetkamerstoelen zouden vervangen mogen worden. Ze zitten nog goed, maar de bekleding is aan vervanging toe. 2 reeën gezien vanuit het huis,
Zeer groot compleet vakantiehuis op een mooie plek bij Malmedy. Prach grote tuin waar we heerlijk konden zitten en spelen. Geen negatieve punten.

Une grande maison très bien équipée et d'un calme absolu
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Heel mooi huis en alles wat je moet hebben, is er. Weg er naar toe is wel wat moeilijk te vinden. Ene kant is redelijk steil en andere kant is met steenslag en veel putten, dus in de winter misschien moeilijker bereikbaar.
Ideale vakantiewoning voor een geslaagd verblijf met de familie : ruim, net, praktisch en aandacht voor de gasten (zoals frigo die reeds koud staat). Pluspunt is de poolkamer.
Prachtig ruim en sfeervol huis, perfect voor een grote groep en waarbij je ook nog wat privacy hebt. Alles is aanwezig. Rustige ligging en toch op loopafstand naar Malmedy. Terugweg is dan wel een pittige klim. Eigenlijk niets op aan te merken, misschien enkel dat de baby-faciliteiten een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken.

Het huis is mooi, rustig en sfeervol ingericht en ontzettend groot! Alles wat je kunt bedenken is aanwezig, ook in de grote keuken. De sfeer rond de kerstdagen is extra gezellig gemaakt. De bank in de woonkamer is wel aan vervanging toe. Voor ouders met tieners is leuk vermaak: tafeltennistafel, voetbaltafel, poolbiljart en zowel binnen als buiten is er genoeg ruimte. Wifi beneden is prima voor de mobieltjes, boven in de slaapkamers niet (maar dat is niet erg...). Kortom: zeker een aanrader!
