This 3.5 star holiday home is located near the High Fens nature park and not far from the well-known Spa-Francorchamps circuit. This detached holiday rental offers a beautiful view over the surrounding woods and hills. The house owners have taken care of every detail to guarantee optimal comfort. The ground floor is composed of a large living area with living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom for 2 persons. The first floor is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 1 extra mezzanine bedroom. There are thus 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout of this holiday home is perfect for people with reduced mobility since 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms are to be found on the ground floor. A wireless internet connection is also available in the whole building. As far as the exterior is concerned, you will benefit from a large garden (enclosed by a hedge). You will also find a play area including a slide and a swing.
During your holidays in Malmedy, you will have the opportunity to visit Stavelot and its well-known abbey which hosts three museums. You will also be close to the Francorchamps karting outdoor track with its straight lines allowing you to launch your kart at full speed! Huis ligt op een goede locatie , wandelingen vertrekken vlakbij!! Wel een gehorig huis .
superbe maison avec jardin, idéalement située, à côté du café restaurant le moulin du Bayehon et à deux pas du départ de nombreuses magnifiques marches variées niveau paysages. adaptée pour 6 personnes, hall d'entrée très pratique, magnifique pièce de vie où trône un splendide feu ouvert, la cuisine ouverte permet d'être tous ensembles en permanence. C'est dans son jus et vraiment charmant. excellent rapport qualité -prix.

Een fijn vakantiehuis, genoten een midweekje! Eigenaar kwam nog even langs of alles naar wens was en het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Misschien wel de foto vd tuin veranderen, geen speelhuisje/ glijbaan meer voor de kinderen, jammer.
