Welcome to this beautiful holiday home in the heart of Malmedy, perfect for a family vacation. This house accommodates 14 people and 1 dog. The owners have ensured that everything is tailored for family stays with children.
The house features 5 bedrooms (2 of which have bunk beds) and 3 bathrooms (with shower or bath), providing ample space and comfort for everyone. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are ready. For the little ones, there is 1 baby bed and 2 high chairs available. The living areas are particularly cozy and the kitchen forms the heart of the home, ideal for preparing delicious meals and gathering with family or friends.
The authenticity of the house is preserved through the use of old materials, combined with modern elements. The wood stove and cassette fireplace offer extra warmth and coziness during the colder months.
Outside, you will find a large private garden with outdoor play equipment such as a soccer goal, table tennis and a trampoline, perfect for children to enjoy themselves. There is also a pond flowing through the garden, creating a relaxing ambiance. For adults, there is a pool table and a barbecue available, ideal for cozy evenings with friends and family.

Fantastisch huis met alles op en aan voor een fijn verblijf. De gastvrouw was altijd bereikbaar indien er vragen waren. Heel vriendelijke mensen. Geen negatieve opmerkingen.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Gelegen in een gehucht met prachtig uitzicht, op een steenworp afstand van de Hoge Venen. Er zijn talloze mogelijkheden om te wandelen en te fietsen. Eigenaren delen veel nuttige informatie, zijn zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken en erg vriendelijk. Voor de kleinkinderen was er ruim voldoende speelgoed en spelletjes aanwezig. Een dikke pluim voor de schoonmaakploeg, zij verstaan hun werk. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Maison spacieuse, bien aménagée et confortable. Le jardin est magnifique , la vue propice à la détente. Parfait pour de bons moments en famille proche de la nature.
We hebben echt genoten van de ruimte die deze woning biedt: ruime keuken en eetplaats, gescheiden van de zitplaats met biljarttafel. De keuken is voorzien van alle comfort. Zeer ruim terras met wijds uitzicht. Speelgoed voor de kinderen. Ruime slaapkamers en mooie badkamers. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor een wandeling naar de Cascade du Bayehon en de Peak Beer Brouwerij.

Het vakantiehuis was van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis is ruim opgezet en de slaapkamers en badkamers zijn goed verzorgd. Wij hebben hier met een groep van 13 personen een fantastische tijd gehad en zouden zeker nog eens terugkomen.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette chouette maison. Tout est pensé pour les grands groupes, et la terrasse/jardin étaient un réel plus! Nous recommandons ++.

Maison spacieuse, bien équipée et adaptée à un séjour avec de jeunes enfants. Jardin sécurisant et permettant de nombreuses activités. Toutes les générations l'ont appréciée Région riche en activités culturelles et de plein air.
We hebben een mooi verblijf gehad. De tuin en het uitzicht was erg mooi. Verder was alles erg schoon. De grote badkamer had ook een mooi uitzicht. Douche ook erg comfortabel

Zalig, volledig gerenoveerd huisje met prachtige tuin. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons weekend onder vrienden. De eigenaars waren altijd bereikbaar, gaven veel informatie en waren zeer vriendelijk. Ik zou dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden.
Maison rénovée avec goût, chambre spacieuse, gîte lumineux, très fonctionnel. Magnifique vue depuis le jardin. Espace de vie très spacieux pour 10personnes. Les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillants et disponibles.
Very nice house with everything you need for a big a group
Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis was proper, mooi ingericht en van alles voorzien. De tuin was perfect om 's avonds nog even te genieten van de zon, de rust en de natuur. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort, rust en een mooie omgeving. Wij komen zeker terug!
Het was een zeer mooi huis recent gerenoveerd. Ook de behulpzaamheid en de proactieve van de Host was super .
Een prachtige en zeer proper vakantiehuis! De eigenaars zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpuntje voor ons was dat de tuin gedeeld werd met het aangrenzende verblijf.
