Do you think “school” and “relaxation” don’t go well together? This unique property from 1863 will help change your mind. We are great fans of the nods to the past that are everywhere in the luxurious interior of this building. Our personal favourite? The private cinema room. Ideal for a drizzly day, as well as the end to a fun-packed, (sunny) day. What will it be: salty or sweet popcorn? Moreover, you have a very spacious garden here, and there are no neighbours to disturb you. And if the kids want to enjoy themselves outside? There are plenty of options. The little ones will be delighted with the swing and slide, while teenagers will be able to play badminton, ping pong, petanque, volleyball or basketball.
The “Maredsous” is also known for delicious abbey beers and cheeses. They are world famous for a reason. This region is therefore the perfect holiday destination for “bon vivants” who would like to combine their love for nature and regional products. The vast forests and authentic villages around Maredsous are ideal for a brisk walk. The nearest town is the small and quaint Dinant. This intimate town is ideal for families with children: nothing takes too long here, it’s all nice and easy. Dinant is also a perfect example of all the beauty Condroz has to offer, and the nature is breathtaking.

We hebben met een groep van 19 personen genoten van het huisje. Heel fijn om gevarieerde spelletjes te spelen binnen en buiten. Er was ruimte genoeg om met z'n allen te kunnen genieten van een verlengd weekend.
Prachtig ruim huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien!

Een verblijf met kleine kinderen te gevaarlijk, veel bedden uitsluitend te bereiken met een trap, dus ook niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
Endroit splendide, très adapté pour le nombre de personnes prévues. Acoustique très bonne dans tout le batiment, ce qui est important lorsque l'on est nombreux. Si je devais faire un reproche, c'est la literie car il n'y a que des lits une personne.
Prachtige woning op een mooie locatie, op wandelafstand van het centrum. Wel rekening houden dat er vaak kamer van 3 personen zijn, niet altijd ideaal met koppels.
Prima vakantiehuis voor gezinnen met kinderen. Prima tuin en bioscoop.
