A large house in which to spend time with friends or family with something to entertain everyone... This is where it all happens! This holiday home has everything you need to unwind. The children will never leave the garden and its great play equipment. The adults will alternate between the sauna, pool table, table football, bar corner... A significant touch for each person’s privacy: each bedroom has its own shower room. The exterior is just as attractive: terrace, gazebo, barbecue, boules court, a large meadow and a path that takes you straight to a walk… What happiness!
You’ll stay in Nolinfaing, a small countryside village (which only has four streets!) in the Neufchâteau entity . The location is charming with its old washing place, and ideally situated because it’s the starting point for many walks or bike rides. For a family activity, what would you say to a day by a lake with a playground ?
This holiday home and its region offer a host of pleasures for all, both kids and grown-ups. The key to a successful holiday!

fantastisch gelegen vakantiehuis, ideaal voor kleine en grotere kinderen. Voldoende ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Super vriendelijke ontvangst en prima uitleg door de eigenares. Een aanrader!

Accueil au top. Maison spacieuse,très propre. A disposition toute sorte de verres toutes les commodités. Jeux billard, kickers,table de ping-pong et terrain de tennis parfait état. Pour un plus, il faudrait une toilette en dehors des salle de bain.

verblijf geschikt voor gezinnen met kleinere kinderen, veel speeltuigen aanwezig zowel binnen als buiten. Iedere kamer heeft aparte badkamer. De slaapkamers kunnen wel niet volledig verduisterd worden. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Rustige ligging aan doodlopende straat. Mooie streek om wandelingen te maken

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire à notre arrivée. La maison est chaleureuse et confortable. Le côté bar est un vrai plus. L équipement de la cuisine date un peu. Surtout le lave-vaisselle. Malheureusement le baby foot n'était pas celui proposé sur les photos mais plutôt un baby foot d enfant. La propriétaire doit bientôt le remplacer. Maison néanmoins à recommander. Et l emplacement est parfait pour les balades. Merci encore.
Dit vakantiehuis is prachtig gerenoveerd en straalt rust en comfort uit. Wij genoten vooral van de sfeervolle living, de bar en de biljarttafel. De ligging is uiterst rustig, ideaal voor wandelingen. Absoluut een aanrader! Wij komen graag terug!
Het was een ruim en gezellig vakantiehuis. Alles wat we nodig hadden, was voorradig en werkte ook. Het huis is een aanrader voor wie in alle rust van de Ardennen wil genieten.
Mooi huis met heerlijke sauna. Pooltafel is wat gedateerd maar fantastisch in de kamer. meer licht in de keuken zou fijn zijn. Verder prima!

Zeer leuk huis en goede ligging waar je mooie wandelingen kan maken.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Neufchateau. Het huisje was zeer net en gezellig. De pooltafel in de leefruimte is vaak gebruikt. Een fijne ontvangst door Isabelle en haar broer. Bedankt!
gezellig weekend met familie, hebben het zeer prettig ervaren om de pooltafel, bar, tv en grote eettafel in een ruimte te hebben. Sauna is zeker een aanrader.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l'occasion de mon anniversaire! La maison était conforme aux photos présentes sur le site et nous avons tout de suite trouvé nos marques. Nous l'avions choisie pour l'espace et les diverses activités intérieures proposées, nous n'avons pas été déçus! L'environnement est calme et les balades autour de la maison sont magnifiques. Merci à Isabelle pour son merveilleux accueil, d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir!
Alles wat we nodig hadden was er ,vriendelijk onthaal ,en een plezant verblijf gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.. zo rustig en mooi gelegen, mooie streek om te wandelen en fietsen, heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Het huisje was goed in orde en proper. Een aanrader om te logeren met de ganse familie.
Gîte bien situé, au calme, spacieux, super pièce de vie, salles de bain pratiques, terrasse ombragée le soir pour souper dehors, jeux de jardin, jardin agréable, propriétaire sympathique. Mais: gîte 'biscornu' (une chambre sans fenêtre, on passe devant le local à poubelles pour aller à la salle de bain, ...), la réalité diffère des photos pour les lits et le kicker, éléments vieillis (1 fenêtre condamnée et une qui se déboîte, lit qui grince, échelle de corde cassée dans les jeux d'enfants, ...
Situation très calme, parfaite pour le repos. Certains points sont à améliorer, le baby-foot n'est pas celui dans la description pour petits enfants, table de ping-pong inutilisable. Sinon très bien comme location.
Pour une grande famille, retrouvaille. Maison grand confort, chambres spacieuses, individuelles. Énorme living bien agencé, petit bar cosi. Tout est excellent pour pouvoir passer un moment au calme ??
Huis zeer geschikt voor grote groepen. Voldoende entertainment binnen voor als het slecht weer is. Weinig werkoppervlak in de keukens wat wel ruimschoots wordt goedgemaakt door het aantal tafels. 3 (!) koelkasten. Mooie ligging.
Wij hebben als gezin een super weekend gehad, het huis is ruim en vanalles om te doen. De ligging is prachtig en hebben genoten van de tuin, de jeu de boulesbaan het biljart, de sauna en heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten. De slaapkamers waren netjes behalve een matras, dat was erg doorgezakt. Het was ook fijn dat er meerdere badkamers waren. Kortom het was geweldig!
