Need some peace and quiet? This beautiful holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac in rural Ouffet. An especially tranquil setting in which you can relax and unwind! The spacious house offers five beautiful bedrooms where you can sleep in late and two large bathrooms. The super-cosy living rooms with a wood-burning stove are the perfect place for a long game night or a delicious brunch. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful veranda with a swimming pool, a hot tub with a tranquil view of the surrounding greenery, and your own pétanque court.
The green and hilly region around Ouffet is perfect for an active walking or cycling holiday! Take advantage of the fantastic location to explore Durbuy and its surroundings too. To discover the smallest and nicest town in Belgium, we recommend visiting ‘La Boucle de Durbuy’. The six-kilometre route takes you past the most famous spots of Durbuy, such as the anticlinal and the Belvédère viewpoint. Another regional favourite: walking along the Ninglinspo, the only alpine river in our country. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful trails in the Belgian Ardennes and an absolute must if you’re visiting the region!

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad met neven en nichten in dit mooie en gezellige huis!
goed ontvangen door Helene, prima uitleg van alle onderdelen in het huis. zeer fijn huis met heel veel gemakken, zeer fijne bedden. met vrienden geweest en het was zeer aangenaam, fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi. het hele weekend lekker gebbqd op de Weber bbq.
Wij verbleven een lang weekend in het huis van Hélène en het is ons aan niets ontbroken. De ontvangst was hartelijk en communicatie via de whatsapp ging perfect. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen te maken en vlakbij andere activiteiten als kanoën, Vespa toertochten of klimpalen te vinden. En als je lekker wilt ontspannen, dan leent de tuin met zwembad en jacuzzi zich daar uitstekend voor. Al met al een prima uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijk weekend.
La maison du vieux chêne est une excellente adresse pour passer des vacances en famille. La maison est très spacieuse et son équipement est complet. La propreté est exemplaire. Lenvironnement est très calme et pourtant proche du centre du village. Le jardin avec sa piscine couverte et jacuzzi invite à passer la plupart des heures au grand air. La propriétaire est très accueillante. On n'a jamais été logé aussi bien en Ardenne. Par ailleurs je ai déjà conseillé l'adresse à deux connaissances
Vriendelijke ontvangst, fraai ruim huis. Ruim voldoende borden/bestek/glazen en grote omheinde tuin. Bedden wat smal en hard. Overall prima verblijf.

Erg goed ! en fijn verblijf met vrienden hier gezeten ! goede ontvangst van de mevrouw en alles duidelijk uitgelegd super faciliteiten !
Heel fijn weekend gehad met mijn gezin. Er is ontzettend veel gebruik gemaakt van alles wat het verblijf ons heeft geboden. Was echt een tophuis.
Geweldig weekend met familie Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad met een groep van 5 familieleden. Ik arriveerde iets later, maar mijn familielid werd hartelijk ontvangen door een vriendelijke dame. We kregen een rondleiding en duidelijke uitleg. Het verblijf was ontzettend luxe en we hebben een onvergetelijk weekend gehad! Er waren geen minpunten te noemen. Dankjewel, Helene.. We komen zeker snel terug!
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! Ontzettend genoten van de tuin met de jacuzzi en het zwembad, echt een groot pluspunt met kinderen. Ook de hond heeft zich heerlijk vermaakt in de grote, omheinde tuin. We komen zeker nog een keertje terug!
Prachtig huis met alles erop en eraan. Super vriendelijk ontvangen.
Kraaknet huis. Jacuzzi en zwembad zijn uiteraard een groot pluspunt. Prijs/kwaliteit geweldig. De gastvrouw is supervriendelijk en doet heel hard haar best om Nederlands te praten, wat al aardig lukt! Hier en daar zijn er wat opfrissingen nodig.
Heerlijk huis in een mooie omgeving. Wij zijn met 3 gezinnen met jonge kinderen (0-1.5 jaar) in het huis geweest. Het is ruim zat en de tuin, zwembad en jacuzzi zijn perfect!
