Since the first part can accommodate between 8 and 12 people and the second part between 8 and 10, a total of 16 to 22 people will be able to enjoy a stay here. The organization into two separate houses is perfect for a group stay, so each can enjoy comfort and privacy. Indeed, out of the nine bedrooms, eight feature a luxurious and modern private bathroom. Each accommodation also offers its own living area, consisting of a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will also find lots of options for entertainment: with a room that includes table football and a billiard table, as well as a superb indoor heated pool that is available all year round. Additionally, you will find a splendid wellness area that includes an infrared cabin, a jacuzzi, as well as a steam room for five people. Outside, the large private garden is the ideal playground for your children and the two terraces are perfect for getting everyone together to enjoy sharing a nice barbecue!
Near your holiday house, many walks await, so you can admire at your leisure the superb landscapes of the area. If your children are reluctant to go for a hike, pass by Baudet d'âne, where you will find a rather unusual walking companion! For another family outing, your children will be happy to discover the Petting Zoo, with its animals in freedom and its playground in an exceptional setting. Bouillon is the tourist centre of the area. Rich in a beautiful historical heritage, the city is home to many wonders, such as its Castle Fort, a remarkable building that dominates the city. Finally, the Archeoscope gives you an opportunity to relive the epic times of the Crusades in a fun and spectacular way.

Heel leuk prachtig vakantiehuis
Séjour en famille du 6 au 9 juin 2025 très agréable. Les deux maisons sont superbes, spacieuses et parfaites pour un grand groupe. Accueil sympathique. Petit bémol : un des fours ne fonctionnait pas bien et le jacuzzi ne se filtrait pas correctement, ce qui est un peu embêtant quand on est 20 personnes. Malgré cela, excellent souvenir, je recommande !
Très beau séjour en famille. Le vaste jardin très bien entretenu est clairement l'atout majeur de ce beau gîte.

Fijn huis met voldoende comfort, alleen met 21 pers als familie gezamenlijk eten is eigenlijk niet mogelijk. Veiligheid vd kinderen qua trappen, niet afgesloten zijn vh zwembad en de voortuin is een nadeel. Voorzieningen grote tuin zijn fijn. Sauna werd niet echt warm. We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad.

Prima huis, we hebben het fijn ervaren. Alleen de sauna werktte niet maar dat was niet een wereld probleem. Zeker een aanrader
Wij huurden de hele accommodatie. De huizen zijn prima ingericht. Het interieur van het hoofdgebouw begint te slijten. De deuren vertonen meer dan gebruikssporen (losse deurklinken, afbladderende verf van de toiletdeur op de begane grond). De trapleuning van BG naar de 1e etage wiebelde! De wellness is erg vochtig. Condens druipt van ramen en plafond. Mogelijk daardoor is de Infrarood sauna defect geraakt en viel de elektra uit. Beheerders echtpaar was super, ze hielpen waar ze konden.
Het was een heel aangenaam verblijf met alle nodige voorzieningen. We hebben enorm genoten van ons weekend Ardennen.
Veel te duur voor wat het is! De woning is echt aan onderhoud toe. Schimmel aan het welness gedeelte, zo erg dat zelf de verf van de muren komt alsook vochtplekken op het plafond. Er liggen kabels langs en in het zwembad. Licht in de keuken niet voldoende 's avonds kan je niet aan tafel blijven voor een spelletje. Super mooie ruime kamers en badkamer, goede bedden. Elke kamer beschikt over een eigen badkamer maar je kan niet samen douchen want onvoldoende warm water.

Très belle maison de vacances pour un séjour entre amis
Très belle et grande maison ! Très agréable pour un week-end en famille. Chacun a son espace. Attention à la sécurité des escaliers avec jeune enfant. Défaut le dernier jour avec le volet de la piscine (fusible descendu). Il ne s’est pas ouvert et pas de solution apportée par les gérants pour venir le débloquer . Gros bémol, nous avons perdu un jour de piscine. Alors qu’il s’agit de l’atout principal de cette maison….
Fijne woningen, 2 aparte huizen. Dit had wel gemeld mogen worden. Maar alles was echt heel mooi en goed verzorgd. Zeker aan te raden! Een super verblijf gehad!

Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis. Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig inclusief een heerlijke tuin. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Prachtige omgeving ook waar veel te doen is. Een aanrader voor wie van luxe en natuur houdt.
