This specious holiday home promises a wonderful stay for any large family or company team building retreat. Each room offers the comfort and privacy of its own en-suite bathroom and a TV. Some of the rooms are on the ground floor, ideal for guests with reduced mobility. The communal areas offer friendly living spaces. Enjoy a spacious dining room, a fully-equipped professional kitchen and several lounges with television, including one with an open fire. Guests can also enjoy themselves in the dedicated games room, complete with air hockey, table football, billiards and ping-pong table. After your day's activities, relax in the separate bar, where a second pool table awaits any competitors amongst you. No need to wait your turn, as there's even a third table in the dining room!
In the fenced-off garden, children are free to enjoy the swings and slide. Meanwhile, the adults can relax and gather around the barbecue. Cycling enthusiasts are sure to appreciate the dedicatedsecure bike shelter. A car park can accommodate up to 20 cars.
You're in an amazing region for some unforgettable walks and bike rides. Enjoy the High Fens Nature Park, Belgium's biggest nature reserve! There is even a forest only 500 metres from your holiday home! The area is also ideal for water sports, with Lake Warfaaz the ideal place to rent a pedal boat and fish. At the Gileppe dam, you will even find a full-scale adventure park. And for an aquatic experience of a completely different kind, visit the nearby spa town of Spa, with its world-famous thermal baths.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een rondleiding met de nodige uitleg. We hebben genoten met een vriendengroep en mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Het voormalig hotel was zeker in orde alles was aanwezig onze groep was zeer tevreden.
Gîte très agréable, literie confortable, la propreté des lieux était bien présente. Je le recommande sincèrement.
Mooi ruim vakantie waar wij met onze familie 20 personen konden verblijven, van alle gemakken voorzien (professionele vaatwasser, oven, koelkamer), grote eetzaal, speelkamer, speelkelder en salon. Het servies stond wat onlogisch verspreid over de verschillende ruimtes en de vloerbedekking in de speelkamer lag los. In de eetzaal staan de tafels wat te krap op elkaar en er was een doorgezakt matras. Maar buiten dat een heerlijke accommodatie!
Ruime woning met veel kamers met elk een privé badkamer. Plaats genoeg maar ouderwetse keuken gelukkig et veel materiaal. Spijtig dat de amusementen ruimtes in de kelder zijn en zeer donkere plaatsen. Ook moeilijke trap om naar de kelders te gaan
Très bon séjour dans cette belle région. Super gîte bien équipé, très propre. Beau week-end entre amis .A recommander.
We waren met 31 personen en hebben een heel leuk weekend gehad. Alles was in orde.
Fantastisch verblijf voor grote groep vrienden en kinderen! Veel ruimte, spelgelegenheid, speelkamer en speeltuintje voor de allerkleinsten. De keuken is echt top! Alles is voor handen en de industriële vaatwasser en frigo zijn een groot pluspunt ! Mooie omgeving voor wandelingen en activiteiten!
Wij gaan al meer dan 20 jaar met de kerstperiode naar de Ardennen. Ook dit jaar hebben wij genoten van een aangename locatie, topkeuken (gasvuur = van groot belang voor onze koks) en voldoende stockage; ruime eetruimte, ontvangstruimte. Mooie kamers met elk hun sanitair. Oog voor aangepaste versiering.
Beetje gedateerd, maar prijs/kwaliteit prima voor een verblijf met een grote groep!
Ouder vakantiehuis, enigszins gedateerd van look, maar goed uitgeruste keuken, grote leuke ruimtes, veel spelmogelijkheden voor kinderen en goede uitvalsbasis voor locale wandelingen. Mooi terras om bij mooi weer buiten te zitten.
Ideaal voor een groot gezelschap
Uitstekend verblijf voor een grotere groep. De keuken is ook wel echt voorzien om voor een grote groep te koken. De ligging aan een drukke baan is wel een minpunt.
