One of the absolute highlights is the sheltered hot tub, a wood-heated tankuzzi. This creates an authentic and cozy atmosphere where you can relax wonderfully after a day full of adventure. In addition, there is a wood pellet stove that makes the inside nice and warm and cozy, perfect for the cooler evenings.
The cottage was completely built with ecological materials, has 1 comfortable bedroom and 1 bathroom, ideal for couples or a small family. For the very little ones, there is a baby bed, a child chair, and a changing mat available, so the youngest guests also feel completely at home. The playroom inside and the outdoor play equipment in the garden (with even a real wooden playhouse) ensure that children never get bored for a moment.
For lovers of cooking and conviviality, there is a barbecue available, with which you can prepare delicious meals outside. The garden furniture invites you to lounge comfortably and enjoy the peace and nature around the house. During the Christmas period, the Christmas atmosphere in and around the cottage provides an extra warm and festive ambiance.

For nature lovers, a visit to the domain of Mirwart is a must. You can spend a day in the beautiful nature, walk along quiet paths, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The domain offers an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Another impressive attraction is the Grotten van Han. These world-famous caves are a fascinating place to discover, with impressive stalactites and stalagmites. The tours are engaging and suitable for the whole family.

We hebben een heel leuke tijd gehad in het gezellige vakantiehuisje. Alles was aanwezig qua infrastructuur en benodigdheden. Het is een gezellig vakantiehuisje. De kindjes (4 en 6 jaar) vonden het fantastisch om in hun schattige slaapkamertje te kruipen. We komen zeker nog eens terug.
Heel fijn verblijf. Erg proper en super goede faciliteiten. Aanrader!
Cadre magnifique, maison décorée avec goût. Tankuzzi idéal pour 2 adultes, jardin calme et agréable. L’hôte est aux petits soins et est très réactive pour toutes questions. Je recommande sur tous les plans !

Wij hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en vriendelijk. Het huisje was heel gezellig en alles was voorzien voor een verblijf met jonge kinderen (5 en 1,5 jaar). Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug
Mooi interieur met erg leuke details. Alleen er is geen cv maar pallet kachel voor gehele woning voor beneden en boven. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw waar we een heel fijn contact mee hebben gehad, fijn huisje, mooie omgeving, bijzondere activiteiten in de omgeving!
Heerlijk knus huis
We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Omdat wij doof zijn, verliep de communicatie schriftelijk in het Engels, wat voor de eigenares geen probleem was. Ze deed echt haar best en reageerde snel bij vragen. Het huis was proper, met een wat ouderwetse keuken en een laag bed, maar de stijl past perfect bij de streek. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf!
Een heel mooi en origineel huisje. Zeer netjes, zeer leuk terras in de mooi onderhouden tuin. De tankuzzi is een mooie extra, alleen spijtig dat je steeds aan de eigenares moet laten weten wanneer je erin gaat om de pomp op te zetten. Ze houdt graag controle maar dat is dan ook te zien aan de netheid van het huis en de tuin.
Een geweldige plek met een nog vriendelijkere host die je met alles wilt helpen. Het huisje is geweldig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je heb een hele grote tuin voor jezelf met een mooie overkapping en een tankuzzi. Wij raden deze plek zeker aan ook de ligging is top veel wandelpaden in de buurt.
Mooi vakantie huis op een mooie locatie met vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Ook de hottub is een aanrader.
Cet endroit est un petit coin de paradis pour les adultes et les enfants. La propriétaire était très accueillante et attentive à nos besoins et envies.
Verblijf met peuter, alle benodigdheden voor klein kindje aanwezig in het huisje. Heerlijk speelhuisje voor kindjes in de tuin. Heerlijke tuin, net huisje. Ook mooie wandelingen in de buurt, zeer mooi stukje Ardennen. We zouden het zeker aanbevelen hier te verblijven.
Gîte très chaleureux, amenagé avec beaucoup de style et en bois précieux. Jardin très bien amenagé et en condition parfaite. Redu est un village charmant et ses alentours offrent de maintes possibilités pour des belles promenades et des excursions. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et nous reviendrons certainement dans cette belle région!
Bijzonder huis, prachtige locatie, fijn plekje in de natuur
Uitstekend verblijf voor enkele dagen in de zomer. Heel fijn voor gezin met kleuters. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en opvolging door de gastvrouw. De tankuzzi maakt genieten van de rust in de tuin helemaal af!
Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement plein de charme (chêne et pierre bleue) et très calme. La propriétaire est très accueillante et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La nouvelle terrasse couverte tout en bois et le tankuzzi permettent de profiter encore mieux du calme du jardin et de la vue.

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un super séjour, tout était propre, il y avait ce qu'il fallait pour les enfants ( un grand luxe ) Christine est très a l'écoute, toujours la pour nous aider et nous renseigner. Nous avons adoré le jardin très calme et reposant.
Nous avons profité de ce magnifique logement pendant le long weekend de l'ascension avec nos enfants de 1 et 3 ans. La maison a ete conçue avec goût, avec de beaux matériaux et avec une touche d'originalité où 2 lits pour enfants ont ete aménagés à l'arrière de la tête de lit. Le jardin est très agréable, avec un espace de jeux pour les enfants. La propriétaire était très disponible pour s'assurer que nous ne manquons de rien et nous conseiller les activités à faire. Nous y reviendrons sûrement!

Zeer origineel en gezellig
Wij verbleven met ons gezin met twee jonge kinderen in het huis en het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Christine was behulpzaam. De keuken was goed uitgerust. De kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in de tuin en met heel speelgoed. Kachel werkte goed. Mini puntjes van kritiek zijn de luide afzuiging van het toilet en de afwezigheid van een kapstok en douche (alleen een bad), maar dat heeft niet afgedaan aan ons bezoek.

Het huisje ligt in een mooie, rustige omgeving van de Ardennen op loopafstand van het dorpje Redu. Met een kort auto ritje ben je in een bos met rivier, waar je goed kunt wandelen en zwemmen. Het huisje zelf viel ons wat tegen, omdat het aan het huis van de eigenaar zit. Dit hadden we ons van te voren niet gerealiseerd. Het huisje is netjes en goed onderhouden. Wel donker en het voelt war koud aan. Ik zou aanraden om sloffen mee te nemen. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Zeer leuk vakantiehuisje op rustige locatie. Ideaal huisje om als gezin met 1 of 2 kinderen naar toe te gaan. Heel goede ontvangst!

Merveilleux séjour en famille, le gîte est très bien équipée que ce soit pour cuisiner (batteries de cuisine impeccable, micro-ondes,fours, lave vaisselles,...) où pour s'occuper (jeux de société). Mme Dincq se soucie du détail, et du confort de ses hôtes. Petit plus pour les enfants, son poulailler est juste a côté du jardin, ma fille de deux ans, à eu le grand plaisir d'aller les nourrir et de pouvoir les caresser.
Our experience at this vacation house was really nice. It was a small, simple house, but it met all of our needs as a family of 3. Our only disappointment, at first, was the playground. It didn’t match the one in the photos. There was no slide, which was a big plus for us, but my son was extremely content on the swing so we were all happy. The inside is made out of unfinished wood so it is necessary to be careful when cooking or with water but we found it effortless to handle. Garden was great!
Can’t recommend. Short version: The bedroom is right under the roof and has only a small window. It gets boiling hot in the summer. Plus, it’s a small roof window so you can’t open it when it’s raining. Everything is made out of unfinished wood so the host tells you to be very careful with it. Personally, I like to spend my holidays not in a house that you have to treat like a raw egg. You have no real privacy in the garden, even though it’s stated “private garden”. The host can see into it from every angle.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Following your stay and to ensure the comfort of all, the owner has installed a system of automatic closure of the roof window in case of rain. The room can therefore be aired without fear of rain. There is a section of private garden surrounded by a hedge, an orchard and a henhouse to ensure the privacy of holidaymakers during their stay.
Huisje is smaakvol ingericht. Het is alleen niet geheel praktisch. Meubels en wandbekleding is van onbehandeld hout. Bij aankomst wordt ons duidelijk gemaakt dat het niet nat mag worden. Niet echt handig in de badkamer en keuken. Ook het zolderraam moet dicht wanneer er regen voorspeld is. Dit terwijl je die juist open wilt houden voor de nodige zuurstof. Het is een donker huisje en doet wat benauwend aan. Het zeer lage bed is niet handig en we hadden liever een douche dan een bad gehad.
Petite maison pleine de charme, joliment décorée jusque dans les moindres détails. Accueil très chaleureux et coup de coeur pour les lits enfant sous forme de cachette.

Séjour parfait ! Superbe petite maison! Les enfants étaient heureux avec leurs chambres "cabanes", les jeux a disposition, le jardin... Vraiment c'est à recommander ! La région est vraiment sympa et l'accueil était top ! La décoration de la maison est très soignée
