voor de prijs die we betaalden mag je wel wat meer verwachten. Veel spelen niet bruikbaar door ontbreken van balletjes, pijltjes, biljartkeu. Keuken zeer matig uitgerust, zeker voor n grote groep niet goed te koken. staat van onderhoud zeer matig
Vakantiehuis is vrij verouderd en de jacuzzi is weggenomen. Biljartkeus allemaal stuk en Air hockey slecht onderhouden. Voor de rest was het ok.
