Located in Robertville, in the east of the Belgian Ardennes, this non-adjoining holiday home offers you a pleasant and relaxing stay in a quiet hamlet. Its green setting and its fenced pond are very peaceful. The garden furniture and barbecue are ideal for enjoying summer evenings or afternoons. Your children will undoubtedly appreciate the playground, equipped with a swing, slide and climbing wall. There is also a games room with a ping pong table in an annexe building.
Inside, this farmhouse is both spacious and warm. Wood is present everywhere, and an open fire adds a warm and inviting touch. This 480 m2 holiday rental can accommodate 34 people in nine bedrooms. You will also have four bathrooms and a relaxation area equipped with sauna, shower, and an exercise bike at your disposal.
There are two cots, two children's chairs, a washing machine, and tumble dryer as well.
Robertville, located just a few kilometres away from the signal of Botrange, the highest point of Belgium, will delight nature lovers. You can also go fishing or boating at the lake.
Do not miss visiting the Castle of Reinhardstein, just 3 km away, to experience the beauty of the region in this medieval fortress overlooking the Warche valley.

Zeer hoge bijkomende kosten (schoonmaak, energie, ...) die het absoluut niet waard zijn gezien de staat van het huis.
Heel leuk verblijf gehad in dit huisje. De eetzaal is heel gezellig om te zitten. Soms wel veel lawaai door de akoestiek, maar dat kan je verwachten als je met een groep van 30 personen bent. De sauna, ping-pong en kicker waren een grote toegevoegde waarde zowel voor groot als klein. De keuken had iets groter gekunnen en vaatwas kreeg niet alles proper. Toch vinden we het huisje zeker een aanrader! Ook heel leuke wandelingen in de buurt!
Rustige omgeving. Mooi huis, gerenoveerd met veel ruw hout. Aangename leefruimte met halve verdieping waar de kinderen graag spelen. Eenvoudige kamers. Voldoende sanitair. Nadelen: je hoort elke deur slaan, de bedden kraken enorm, er is veel te weinig servies voor de maximale bezetting, de opkuis is te duur, de grote vuilniscontainers zaten propvol bij onze aankomst.
Mooi en degelijk huis met mooie tuin. Goede slaapkamers. Douches en wc's voldoende aanwezig
We beleefden met onze familie een leuk verblijf. Maar moesten de mankementen en vuiligheden zelf in orde brengen. €220 voor de schoonmaak is veel te veel. Die ene dame kan niet alles netjes krijgen in die tijd. Bbq was heel vuil, dus niet gebruikt! Qua ligging en voorzieningen dik ok. We maakten zelf we gezelligheid hé. Aan netheid kan gewerkt worden vonden we.

een heel leuk huis om met grote families (jong en oud) te delen. goede ontvangst door concierge.
Huis heeft veel mogelijkheden en zeer goede ligging. Er is echter nood aan een opfrisbeurt.

Maison très rustique tt en bois, très chouette pour les enfants en bas âge. Trop loin de promenades à pied et d’activité. Lave vaisselle insuffisant . Les lits d’une personne ne conviennent pas toujours à des adultes
