The property is an ultra-modern new build with a thoughtful layout and high-quality finish. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom and a spacious children's room for 4 people, together with a beautiful bathroom. The large living area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cozy seating area with a cassette fireplace and a play corner with a table for board games, a foosball table and air hockey. This makes it the ideal place for families with children and teenagers, but also for groups of friends who want to relax and have fun together.
A staircase down takes you to the garden floor, where there are another 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Here you will also find a relaxation area with an infrared cabin and a second living area with a second fully equipped kitchen and dining room. This way you can come together in different atmospheres at different times of the day. From this living area you have a view of the indoor swimming pool, where the children can play while the adults enjoy a drink and a game of billiards (or also the pool, of course).
The villa has many facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible: an indoor swimming pool, with direct access to the south-facing terrace, where you can sunbathe wonderfully on the loungers. There are even 2 terraces, and an indoor garden with barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for cozy evenings outside.
