De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en het is perfect met kindjes voor één weekend weg. De vernieuwde badkamer is een plus. Het zou handig zijn als je voor een meerprijs lakens daar kon huren.
Prima vakantiehuis. Mooie goed onderhouden tuin. Op wandelafstand van het centrum. Bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaren.

Een kleine gezellige woning. Het was wel spijtig dat er geen parkeerplaats was voor de wagen. Deze moest geparkeerd worden op de straat, zo kort mogelijk tegen de haag.
Het was onze derde keer dat we een vakantie hadden in dit vakantiehuis in Spa. Opnieuw waren we bijzonder tevreden: de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars, het huis, de ligging, ... Jammer dat Ardennes Etape de herfstvakantie-week met een dag inkortte. Dat was even verwarrend. We mochten van de eigenaars wel nog wat blijven omdat er geen huurders op donderdag gingen toekomen.
Goed al was het bed zeer laag tegen de grond wie rug problemen heeft zal er moeilijk uit kunnen. Jammer dat de verwarming niet kon gereld worden (defect) het was daar altijd heel warm ook al stond de thermostaat op 5°. verder was het een goed uitvalbasis om Spa en omgeving te ontdekken. een Gasten parking zou wel een must zijn ,je auto staat in een smalle straat geparkeerd.

We had a lovely stay at this house. Me and Mrs Frederic were charming, the house was very well equipped, garden was perfect size for kids to play in and the location was a short walk into the centre of Spa. We thought it was very good value for money and would come back again, hopefully soon.
We verbleven een weekje in dit fijne vakantiehuis. We waarderen enorm de gastvrijheid en de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar. Een welgemeende dank daarvoor. Het is een compact en goed onderhouden vakantiehuis waar zo goed als alles voorhanden is. De tuin is goed onderhouden en aangenaam om in te vertoeven. Verder ligt het centrum van Spa mooi op wandelafstand (in het terugkeren is het wel even stevig bergop).
Il n'y a pas vraiment d'emplacements pour le parking. On peut se garer dans la rue devant la maison, c'est en général libre. Une meilleure occultation de la lumière dans les chambres serait la bienvenue. Pour le reste, rien à redire, très bon accueil et maison correspondant au descriptif, bien située.
Indien voor een gezin wat meer zitmeubelen in living
Indien een hond, pas op voor de trap. Hij heeft zich de eerste dag verwond ondanks de rubberen matjes (te klein). Wij hebben er doeken over gelegd. Verder is de tuin zalig voor mens en hond.
très beau gite , bien situè pas trop loin du centre ville et au calme dans une rue peu frequentée , très fonctionnel avec tout ce qui faut a l' inèrieur , pendant notre sèjour dommage que le temps ( pluie ).

Bonne localisation proche de Spa et des différentes promenades. Jardin excellent pour s’y détendre ou pour les enfants. Un aménagement intérieur un peu plus moderne serait sympa ( vaisselle, tapis, déco ). Les emplacements de parking mentionnés sont uniquement un stationnement en accotement de voirie. Dommage.
La maison est très sympa, la seule chose le matelas du grand lit était trop mou,mais un accueil chaleureux à recommander
Goed basic huisje. Wel mooi vernieuwde badkamer. Er moet wel iets gebeuren aan de buitentrap als ze honden verwelkomen. De buitentrap is in metaal met gaatjes waar onze hond met zijn nagel is blijven vastzitten. Gevolg nagel was eruit getrokken, bezoek aan dierenarts en geen wandelingen meer. Er werden aan de kant al wel een klein rubber matje gelegd maar honden begrijpen niet dat ze op de matjes moeten lopen helaas.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst in een zeer goed onderhouden en propere omgeving. Alles was voorhanden en een plus dat ons hondje meekon. Goed omheinde tuin, alles ordelijk. Enige minpuntje in onze ervaring was de te zachte matras in de grote slaapkamer. We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Zeer gezellig huisje, op wandelafstand van centrum Spa, goed ontvangst, met nuttige informatie. Onze hond heeft kunnen genieten van de omheinde tuin, we hebben het fijn gehad, en het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar .
