Ik was er reeds vaker en zoals gewoonlijk was de ontvangst heel hartelijk ! Het huis is tip top in orde en ik zal daar nog dikwijls gebruik van maken...
Zeer tof, de locatie was heel mooi en het verblijf was ook zeer netjes
Très très agréable séjour dans un gîte parfaitement entretenu et dans un cadre idyllique proche de belles balades en Fagnes. Une adresse idéale au calme et dans la nature à seulement quelques kilomètres de Spa. Avec l'accueil amical de Jacques. A recommander!
Tweede keer dat we hier waren. Het blijft een mooie gezellige accomodatie voor een kleine groep (mogelijkheid om de aanpalende woning bij te huren tot 11 personen). Dichtbij heel wat trekpleisters in de Ardennen (Spa, hoge Venen, Monschau, Gileppe, Coo...). Vriendelijke ontvangst, knusse moderne woonst. Enig minpunt: Het mooie meer (Warfaaz) achter de woning staat blijkbaar al jaren droog en is volledig overwoekerd... Maar daar kan de verhuurder niet aan doen. Wij gaan nog terug!
Zeer proper, mooi en ruim vakantiehuis. Terras en tuin waren prima met mooi uitzicht. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Jacques, de eigenaar. Hij is vlot bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Goede restaurants in Spa.

La maison est très propre et spacieuse, conformément aux photos du site. Le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible. Nous y avons passé un chouette séjour en famille. Bonne situation géographique, proche (en voiture) de lieux de promenades et d'exception (Domaine de Malchamps - et son musée sur les eaux et forêts; promenade de la Hoegne). A recommander

Gewoon schitterend
Allereerst een aangename ontvangst door gastheer Jacques. Het huis voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Netjes onderhouden en je hebt er alles wat nodig is. Het mooie terras met wijds uitzicht is een plus.
Een zeer mooie locatie, een mooi, modern en praktisch huis, prachtige terras en mooie heeeeel grote tuin. Een warm ontvangst, een volledige uitleg en de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar. Altijd bereid te helpen en discreet. Rustige plek met achter de tuin het meer van Warfaaz, mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Zeer kort Spa stad, winkels, restaurants, allerlei uitstappen in de buurt en meer moet dat niet zijn (:-)! We hebben genoten van onze week met de kleinkinderen.
Prettige ontvangst en uitleg. Mooi vrij uitzicht en rustig gelegen met Spa op slechts 2 km met alle faciliteiten zoals supermarkten, winkels, restaurants etcetera. De woning is licht en uitstekend geïsoleerd. Gerieflijk en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk verblijf hier met uitstekende mogelijkheden voor wandelen en fietsen.

Très bon séjour entre amis. Un super accueil de Jacques , le propriétaire qui reste disponible pour transmettre de bons conseils sur la région. Gîte très confortable et agréable à y vivre avec un très bel extérieur.
Zeer goed onderhouden, ruime woning met een houtkachel die apart staat. De inrichting is precies zoals op de foto’s. Mooi uitzicht over brede vallei en heuvelwand. Diverse winkels heel dichtbij. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de omgeving. Zeer goede en prettige communicatie met eigenaar in het Nederlands.
