If you are looking for a place to spend a quiet holiday, you will be immediately charmed by the beautiful surroundings around this property. You can enjoy at your leisure this idyllic setting thanks to the large garden (shared with the adjoining accommodation), which features a petanque terrain, a ping-pong table, and a well-appointed terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. With two comfortable bedrooms, each of them equipped with a private bathroom, the house can accommodate five people in excellent conditions. All the rooms offer a neat decoration and a modern layout. They are all very pleasant and this is particularly the case of the living room with its wood-burning stove and the dining room with its very friendly atmosphere. Finally, you will also find a modern and very well equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare your favourite recipes!
Spa is, of course, known as the water city par excellence and its thermal baths will please those who love quality wellness experiences. Gezellig en netjes onderhouden vakantiehuisje met alle comfort. Vriendelijke onthaal door eigenaar die ons alle nodige info verschafte. Huis is prachtig gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Spa ligt op 8 minuutjes rijden met de auto. We komen hier zeker terug! Verblijf met bevriend koppel. Johan, Paul, Lydia en Diana (wij zijn Belgen geen Nederlanders :-) )

Jacques est un hôte très accueillant, toujours prêt à nous informer. Le gîte mis à notre disposition est vraiment très agréable et très bien entretenu. Ce qui fait que nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe gîte, très bien situé, dans un bel environnement.
Excellent accueil basé sur la confiance - Propriétaire agréable et disponible. Gîte impeccable très bien situé à proximité immédiate du lac de Warfaz. Très bel endroit pour profiter de la campagne spadoise comme de l'agrément de la ville toute proche.
Het vakantiehuis was voor ons gezin met drie kinderen perfect! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Jacques en legde ons alles rustig uit. Het huis is mooi rustig gelegen, met alles in de buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig in de woning, de open keuken en woonkamer zijn heerlijk ruim met prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Ook boven genoeg ruimte, fijn dat er twee aparte badkamers zijn. Het tweepers.bed vond ik vrij basic maar in orde. De andere bedden perfect! Zeer aan te raden verblijf!
Heerlijk huisje. In de zomer een tikkeltje warm door de isolatie.
Een heel mooie woning met een goede ontvangst. Heel goed gelegen woning, op wandelafstand van Spa, met prachtige boswandelingen in de buurt.
Ruim, schoon, mooi uitzicht, van alle gemakken voorzien, aardige beheerder die makkelijk bereikbaar is
Zeer tevreden over het verblijf; grote living met keuken, verzorgd interieur, slaapkamers met aparte badkamer. Terras met groot grasveld. Aangenaam contact met de huisverantwoordelijke. Spijtig dat het Lac de Warfaaz nog moet geruimd worden.
Très bon séjour chez Jacques qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie et nous a conseillés avec bienveillance sur les environs . La maison est nickel en propreté et équipement. Literie ok confortable et adaptée. La localisation est parfaite tant pour accéder aux services et commerces que pour la randonnée. Le gite est soign? avec toutes les commodités ( salon de jardin, barbecue, jeux plein air) . Nous retenons cette adresse qui répond parfaitement à nos attentes de qualité et d'accueil
Een heerlijk huis. Op een mooie plek. Dicht bij Spa en supermarkten. Vanuit het huis ook mogelijkheden om te gaan wandelen.
