This holiday house is ideal for a stay where you can completely unwind. You’ll fully relax in the infrared sauna with its unexpected benefits after a hike in the great outdoors. The table football promises tournaments with plenty of laughter. The fireplace awaits for evening chats, glass in hand. And the 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom provide for a comfortable stay, as a family or as two couples for example.
Outside, the atmosphere is just as convivial, in the garden, on the terrace and around the barbecue!
You’ll stay in Nivezé, near the thermal town of Spa.
Want to go off the beaten track? Set off on a walk around Warfaaz lake.
It’s also a cycling paradise here. So if you’re tempted by the challenge, try and climb one of the 5 legendary slopes of Liège-Bastogne-Liège (taking advice from the pros)!

Heel mooi huisje, netjes onderhouden
Mooi vakantiehuis, met zeer vriendelijk eigenaar. Bij een vraag via de app gelijk reactie, heel prettig!! Het huisje is schoon en netjes!!
Heel goed uitgerust en tot in de puntjes verzorgd en net. Best gezellig. Ook een warm huis, met of zonder kachel.
Très bon séjour dans un endroit cosy facile d’accès et proche de toutes commodités. Des hôtes aux petits soins et des consignes très claires.
Très très chouette gîte, bien situé à proximité du Ravel et de la ville de Spa. Parfaitement entretenu, impeccable niveau propreté, lits confortables, très bien équipé, les propriétaires sont en outre très sympas. Gîte et région à recommander sans aucune hésitation ! Nous reviendrons sans doute si on repasse dans la région !
Hele fijne plek in de ardennen. was hier met 3 vrienden om te mountainbiken in de omgeving en de eigenaar gaf meteen tips en zei dat als we de fietsen wilde afspuiten dit konden laten weten. In het huisje was alles naar wens, alles werkt naar behoren en is schoon.
