You will undoubtedly fall in love with this magnificent city villa located in the centre of Spa! This mansion has been entirely renovated with a ?Spa Monopole? theme, including frames containing old vintage Spa monopole posters or a chandelier (in the living room), homemade by the owner himself with bottles of Spa Barisart water.
What do we truly love about this place? It's real family project: the owner's three daughters were given carte blanche to decorate two rooms, each in a theme of their choice. The result is six rooms with en-suite bathrooms in very different styles, colours and moods. A jungle & tropical theme, a Zen theme, a flower and romantic theme... Enough to choose your room according to your preferences!
The house has multiple assets: a nice little garden at the back, a magnificent, covered terrace, a petanque pitch, a wellness area in the basement, a game corner with table football and bar. Perfect for a group stay! We also like the dining room, which is extended by a beautiful large bay window opening onto the garden. And what about the magnificent wooden staircase, connecting three floors, with its chandelier going through it!
You are staying in the city centre of Spa, an ideal situation because all the shops are accessible on foot. What's more, the city is very dynamic and the boutiques are open on Sunday afternoon. You are only 500 meters from the terraces, restaurants, and also the famous Spa thermal baths! While you?re there, you can also enjoy the nice rural environment, offering an escape into nature . On the programme: exploring and discovering this beautiful region with its rich heritage! As for the cycling or motor sport fans, they are in THE ideal region to practise their favourite sport!

Ein außergewöhnliches Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Ein Messerschärfer zum Schärfen der etwas stumpfen Messer in der Küche wäre die einzige Empfehlung von unserer Seite. Machen Sie bitte weiter so!

Maison splendide au cœur de Spa. Nous sommes partis avec un groupe d'amis et nous avons tous été enchantés par celle-ci. Petit point hyper positif, chaque chambre possède sa propre douche avec SDB et toilettes. Très facile de s'y sentir à l'aise entre amis. Jacuzzi, Sauna, Kicker, jeux de société mis à disposition : RIEN ne manque. Verres, assiettes, 2 frigos, énorme four et même 2 bouilloires. Vraiment rien à dire, tout est en suffisance. Bravo à ce propriétaire, la maisonest un bijou.
Het vakantiehuis is enorm goed bevallen. Enorm ruim, schoon en goed bijgehouden huis, op een prachtige locatie met het centrum van Spa om de hoek. Ook de tuin, met petanquebaan en jacuzzi, is enorm goed bevallen. We zijn ook zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en alle communicatie verliep vlot. Ik zou een verblijf hier sterk aanraden.
Très belle maison et excellent accueil
Séjour "vélo" à 9 dans cette très belle maison nichée au coeur de Spa. Le soleil n'a pas été de la partie mais nous avons pu effectuer deux sorties en deux roues. Nous avons également découvert l'abbaye de Val Dieu ainsi que le domaine de Bérinzenne. Certaines ont opté pour les thermes!! Le confort de la résidence est parfait et rien ne manque au niveau de la cuisine. En un mot "bonheur".
Très belle maison, superbement rénovée avec goût. Nous étions 12 ( 8 adultes et 4 enfants) et la maison est suffisamment grande et bien aménagée pour que tout le monde est de l'espace. Cuisine impeccable, très bien agencée et beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles. Extérieur nickel.
Een knap huis, helemaal op en top! Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Het huis is zeer gezellig, zeer ruim, en zeer praktisch, het straalt charme en klasse uit. Een echte aanrader.

Ons verblijf in Spa was top. Het huis en alle accomodatie in het huis is van een zeer goede kwaliteit. De ligging vlak bij het centrum van Spa maakt het de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een gezellige wandeling in de stad, maar ook voor een avontuurlijke wandeling in de natuur.
We hebben een super weekend gehad in Spa. Het ontvangt was fijn. Het huis was heel mooi en netjes. En de ligging is ook perfect.
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amis à Spa. La maison est très agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et spacieuse. Grâce au beau temps, nous avons aussi pu profiter de la terrasse, du jardin et du barbecue. Située en plein centre de Spa, c'est vraiment idéal pour se déplacer à pied. Bref, maison de vacances au top!

Heel mooie, ruime vakantiewoning met een prachtig interieur, dicht bij het centrum van Spa. Heel fijn dat de bedden opgemaakt waren bij aankomst en dat er handdoeken aanwezig waren in de badkamers. Ook een aangename, sympathieke gastheer ! Wij hebben volop genoten !
Superfijn vakantiehuis in het centrum van Spa. Ideaal om door te brengen met 12 personen: zeer nette woning, alles aanwezig en supermooie en moderne kamers en badkamers.
Prima verblijf dichtbij het centrum van Spa. Supermarkt op korte afstand van het huis. Restaurants en cafés niet ver wandelen. Voldoende parkeerruimte. Ook de wandelpaden zijn op korte afstand te bereiken. De voorkant van het huis verraadt niet wat de binnenkant te bieden heeft. Prachtige slaapkamers en badkamers. Prima keuken die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Woonkamer en eetkamer hebben veel ruimte. Het was een heel prettig verblijf in Spa.
