This luxury villa in Spa is perfect for a family holiday and accommodates 15 people. For relaxation, there is a beautiful sauna and an outdoor swimming pool where you can swim wonderfully with the children. Outside you will find a spacious private garden with outdoor play equipment such as a swing and a play tower, where the children can entertain themselves for hours.
Adults are also considered with a bar and a cozy lounge area where you can relax together. For the sporty ones, there is a petanque court and a barbecue to prepare delicious meals outdoors. The villa also has a separate playroom with various children's games and outdoor games, ideal for rainy days or to relax indoors for a while.

In addition, the famous springs of Sauvenière and Géronstère are nearby, where you can enjoy the pure spring water. For speed enthusiasts, the Spa-Francorchamps circuit is only 8 km away, a must-see for motorsport fans.
For a dose of history and adventure, you can discover the impressive castle of Franchimont. This medieval castle is a short distance away and offers a fascinating view of the past, perfect for an educational outing with the family.
Nature lovers can indulge themselves at the idyllic mountain stream in the valley of the Ninglinspo. This beautiful hiking trail along the only mountain stream in Belgium is a magical place where you can enjoy nature and fresh air. Mooi huis, met fantastische ligging. Ideaal voor een groepsverblijf.
Maison louée pour 8 adultes et 7 enfants dont 2 bébés. Nous avons bien profité des extérieurs, que ce soit les adultes (super salon de jardin) ou les enfants qui ont adoré jouer dans les cabanes. Le seul bémol, la piscine est plus de la taille d'un jacuzzi et difficile pour tous les enfants d'y aller en même temps. Sinon, la maison est bien équipée, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain ce qui est très appréciable. Nous sommes content de notre week-end.

Environnement magnifique,maison très fonctionnelle
Afgelopen weekend hebben wij tijdens ons jaarlijkse fietsweekend gebruik mogen maken van deze fantastische villa. De ligging is perceft niet ver van Spa maar midden in de bossen. Het contact met de verhuurders was prima en nog bedankt voor de mooie champagne ontvangst . Al met al een fantastisch huis je om met vrienden of familie je weekend door te brengen
Zeer goed
Wij hebben het als een prima verblijf ervaren. De groep was 15 personen groot, in de leeftijd van 4 tot 72 jr. We hebben het huis als heel fijn en schoon ervaren, het zou niet erg zijn om er nog een keertje te mogen verblijven. Bedankt beste familie voor het gebruik van u woning.
Fijne vakantie gehad in een ok huis. Prijs kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Gevaarlijke trap op slaapkamers en keuken scoort een onvoldoende vooral door beperkte beweegruimte en veel kapotte spullen. De ontvangst was uitstekend.
Heel fijn huis om met vrienden te verblijven. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en vriendelijk. Het huis was schoon en netjes. De ligging is rustig en de tuin met bar, sauna en zitbad zijn een pre. Het huis is comfortabel maar op sommige vlakken kan er wel iets aan onderhoud gedaan worden. De deur van de sauna ging niet dicht en het bankstel is echt op. De dekselsteen van de gashaard was kapot. Wij hebben hem niet gebruikt maar toch zonde. Sommige matrassen en dekbedden zijn aan vervanging toe.

Wij logeerden met 5 koppels en beleefden een superweek in deze luxewoning met alle comfort.

Het is een schitterende woning met een topligging. We kwamen dan ook voor de tweede maal terug. Ditmaal waren er echt veel te veel technische defecten aan de installaties (temperatuur zwembad, airco/verwarming zwembad, terrasverwarming, microgolf, kookplaten) om nog van een topwoning te kunnen spreken.

Geweldig, enorm genoten van huis en de ligging
Ruime vakantiewoning met alle comfort, gelegen in het groen. Mooi en ruim terras om buiten te zitten bij mooi weer. Klein minpuntje: bij regen in het houten gedeelte spekglad en is er niet evenveel plaats aan de eettafel of dat er bedden zijn, maar dat zijn details.
Très belle maison, au milieu des arbres, tout y est bien pensé. La piscine n'est pas très grande, mais suffisante. Chouette séjour! Seul regret: il n'y a que 12 places autour des tables (et nous étions 15 avec les enfants).
Schitterend huisje met alles er op en aan, zowel voor groot als klein
Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch im Wald, toll zum Wandern, aber bei offenem Fenster hört man schon vorbeifahrende Autos. Wohnzimmer, Poolhaus und Außenbereich sehr schön eingerichtet, Schlafzimmer eher funktionell. Die Sauna konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da der Temperaturregler abgebrochen war und man konnte auch die Temperatur vom Pool nicht verändern, der uns etwas zu kalt war. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schönes Haus mit gutem Außenbereich.
