The lake of Warfaaz is the ideal starting point for bicycle (MTB to be hired at VTT Spa's) or Vespa (Vespa to be hired at V'Spa's) or pedal boat tours (pedal boats to be hired at Le Petit Baigneur: pédalos).

Weer een fantastisch weekend gehad, het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Helaas viel de verwarming uit, maar er was snel contact en het probleem is opgelost.
Mit Abstand das beste Ferienhaus, das wir bisher gebucht haben. Der Check in war unkompliziert, alle elektrischen Geräte haben einen QR Code mit Erklärung, alles vorhanden im Haus, was man braucht. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die beste private Sauna, die ich je hatte und ein riesiger Whirlpool. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Als ich darum gebeten habe, den Whirlpool heißer zu machen, wurde schnell reagiert. Kleines Manko ist, dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist und die Türen sehr knallen.
Zalig huis, ideaal voor volledige ontspanning. Wandeling die start bij het huis zelf. Geweldige eetruimte, terras, uitzicht en wellness! Enkele kleine minpuntjes: Keuken: geen kruiden aanwezig, zelfs geen peper en zout of olijfolie. Geen schaar en maar 1 "patattenmesje". Jaccuzi: na een tijd kregen we de bubbels niet meer aan de praat en we hebben de oorzaak niet gevonden.
Zeer ruim met mooie vertrekken en slaapkamers. Zeer goed ingericht en onderhouden. Tuin heeft niet heel veel te bieden. Geschikt voor grote groepen, weinig burenhinder.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt im Freundeskreis. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Aussicht, Wellness und Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefsllen
Top huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien en goede ligging
Villa Balmoral is een prachtige oude en sfeervolle villa. De speeltuin buiten en de tafelltennistafel/ tafelvoetbal beneden zorgden voor veel plezier. Van de IR- beschenen rustbedden en de sauna is gebruik gemaakt. Tips: zachte bezem, waterkannen en keukenschaar aan de huisraad toevoegen! Bedkussens verschonen! Het spa-bad bevat teveel chloor en het is vanwege het feit dat enkele kinderen huiduitslag kregen maar een dag gebruik van gemaakt. Ondanks die paar dingen :toch een geslaagd weekend!

Een zeer mooie en ruim vakantiehuis! Wij hebben er enorm van genoten!
Bezüglich der Küche wäre es notwendig, den Backofen zu säubern, er qualmt sehr stark und hat hinten am Ventilator viel Fett. Ein Besen zum Fegen des Bodens wäre wichtig.

Zeer mooie en nette villa!
Prachtig vakantiehuis. Drukke weg vooraan maar alles georiënteerd naar de vallei. Helemaal ingericht om perfect met een grote groep te kunnen verblijven en toch elk zijn eigen privacy te kunnen hebben. Keuken zeer gestructureerd ingericht en de eetmogelijkheden bieden kans om samen in groep maaltijden te kunnen nemen .
Mooie villa dichtbij het leuke stadje Spa. Heel fijn weekend gehad en genoten van de luxe van het huis.
Prachtig huis, alleen ligt het aan een drukke weg.
Un pur moment de détente entre amis dans un cadre magnifique !
