The lake of Warfaaz is the ideal starting point for bicycle (MTB to be hired at VTT Spa's) or Vespa (Vespa to be hired at V'Spa's) or pedal boat tours (pedal boats to be hired at Le Petit Baigneur: pédalos).
The well-known Spa town center is just 2 km away from your holiday house: a touristic, commercial and busy town!

Zeer mooie en nette villa!
Prachtig vakantiehuis. Drukke weg vooraan maar alles georiënteerd naar de vallei. Helemaal ingericht om perfect met een grote groep te kunnen verblijven en toch elk zijn eigen privacy te kunnen hebben. Keuken zeer gestructureerd ingericht en de eetmogelijkheden bieden kans om samen in groep maaltijden te kunnen nemen .
Mooie villa dichtbij het leuke stadje Spa. Heel fijn weekend gehad en genoten van de luxe van het huis.
Prachtig huis, alleen ligt het aan een drukke weg.
Un pur moment de détente entre amis dans un cadre magnifique !

Prachtig in de natuur. Goed onderhouden. Heerlijk weekendje genieten voor ons.
Erg mooi, luxe huis. Jacuzzi was veel groter dan verwacht. Ontvangst was erg vriendelijk (en Nederlandstalig), en we konden eerder in het huisje dan op de website stond aangegeven. Zeker een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un week-end parfait en famille. La maison est soignée et très pratique (salle de bain pour chaque chambre, linge, lave-vaisselle Industriel,…) La maison est organisée de façon très pro et aménagée pour accueillir de grands groupes. Accueil et explications très claires. Présence de QR code explicatif sur les appareils plus techniques. Petites attentions comme la présence d’un sapin de Noël et décorations. Je recommande vraiment cette maison gérée de façon parfaite! Bravo!
Topweekend gehad met 15 bevriende 50-ers! De enige reden dat het geen 10/10 is omdat er geen schaar in de keuken te vinden was en ook geen spatel :-)
Ruim, gezellig en warm verblijf.
Prachtige villa voorzien van alle comfort. Ruime sauna en jacuzzi met mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Iedere slaapkamer met eigen afsluitbare douche wat op prijs werd gesteld door nichtjes en neefjes die bij elkaar op de kamer sliepen. Erg prettig was de horeca vaatwasser in de keuken. Ligging aan doorgaande weg dus opletten met aan- en wegrijden.

Mooi vakantiehuis met alle luxe. Enkel de jacuzzi is aan vernieuwing toe en er zat ook teveel product in. Mijn nieuwe bikini is helemaal afgeschenen door het product en zorgde ook voor irritatie aan de ogen.
Een opzich prima vakantiehuis (de plus is 8 slaapkamers en 8 badkamers) maar weinig sfeervol en langs erg drukke weg waardoor het niet plezierig is om in dit huis te verblijven.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous étions un groupe de 18 adultes, et malgré la pluie et le froid (pour un mois d'aout), l'espace que proposait la maison nous a permis de tous et toutes nous sentir à l'aise.
Ourselves and our friends with their families have a great time and experience! This house provided everyone with an excellent week with space, tranquility and well-being. Thank you to the staff who have always been very kind.
Heel mooi en goed gelegen huis.
Heerlijk verblijf. Luxe kamers, keuken heeft werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt, schone spa, en heerlijke buitenruimte.
Prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie. Wakker worden met een geweldig uitzicht. Huis was perfect voor onze groep van 20 mannen. Iedereen was erg enthousiast.
Ons mening over het vakantiehuis is zeer goed , alles zeer proper alles voldoende aanwezig in de keuken, kamers ruim genoeg en een zeer mooi uitzicht van op het terras ,ontspanningsruimte goed misschien een paar kleine herstellingen aan de voetbaltafel en jacuzzi 1 a 2 jets defect, maar een echte aanrader.
Fijn dat iedere slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer heeft.
Wonderschoon! de villa is heel sfeervol en comfortabel. Prettige grootte van alle ruimten, en goed ingericht. Veel opbergruimte, 2 grote koelkasten en een diepvries in de bijkeuken, er was zelfs een blender, mixer en appeltaartvormen. Er was alleen geen (haar)fohn aanwezig. Een absolute aanrader. De accommodatie droeg zeker bij aan een fijn familieweekend.
Wunderschönes Haus, sowohl vom Interieur als auch vom Exterieur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Check-in war ebenfalls sehr einfach. Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem wunderschönen Haus, uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Was wir uns für die Küche wünschen würden, wäre eine größere Gefriertruhe, da wir doch sehr viele eingefrorenen Lebensmittel mitbringen. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
