Treat yourself to a high-end stay in this superb villa where stone is king. The architecture, both exterior and interior, is remarkable, as are the finishes. You'll love the almost panoramic fire place in the living area, the bright bedrooms and washrooms, the paintings scattered throughout, the luxury of two barbecues (a Weber gas and an Ofyr brazier) and, of course, the wonderful jacuzzi with a view of the surrounding nature and the large garden.
What will also impress you here are all those little extras that make everything complete: docking station or PlayStation in the rooms, wine cellar in the kitchen, beautiful art books in the library, bathrobes at your disposal...
The attractions are plentiful in the region of Sprimont (province of Liege), a hilly region covered with forests. The sporty types will certainly have the opportunity to challenge themselves: have you ever tried to ascend the mythical hills of Liège-Bastogne-Liège by bicycle? Consider trying it with an electric bike, it will make the effort less intense.

You can book a therapeutic massage and/or stretching (on table) with the owner. You can also book a Nordic walking (which is similar to outdoor fitness, and lasts about 2 hours) or an orienteering course, which is great fun to do with the family !
In addition to bed and bathroom linen (towels and bathrobes), the total price also includes 20 wood logs to warm up the atmosphere!
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

Leuk weekend gehad! In een prachtig huis!
Mooi luxe vakantiehuis met uitstekende faciliteiten. Prachtige ligging, privacy. Mooi ingericht, Kleine mankementen zijn (sommige al vorig jaar): Wifi was enkele dagen erg slecht, televisie werkte daardoor niet goed op streamingsdiensten, bubbelbad is verouderd, koffie automaat werkte niet; we hebben hiervoor wel een vervanging gekregen, niet alle verlichting werkte buiten, gasfles was leeg en konden we niet zelf vervangen omdat de gasfles achter een gesloten poort stond, toegangspoort traag.

Heel mooi huis, mooie, gezellige tuin met jacuzzie. Wel een paar kleine techische probleempjes, domotica was soms ingewikkeld maar voor ons niet echt een probleem. De rest was top

Tophuis, alleen jammer dat de jacuzzi niet proper was bij aankomst en er verschillende blowers niet werkte.
Heerlijk huis met veel luxe. Mooie ligging; rustig en met fijn uitzicht. Inrichting is mooi en verzorgd. Alle extra's maken het dubbel fijn: fijne bedden, shampoo/douchegel op voorraad, uitgebreide keuken met koelkast, vriezer en ijsblokjes, fijne koffiemachine. Veel ruimte en privacy
Top vakantiehuis. Rustig gelegen met prachtig uitzicht. Smaakvol ingericht. Ideaal voor gezin . Zeer luxueus. Om zeker naar terug te keren!
Wir haben hier zwei schöne Wochen Urlaub im Juli verbracht. Im großen und ganzen ist es ein tolles Haus. Leider ist die "Luxusvilla Sprimont" an einigen Stellen ( z.B. Innentüren, Terrassenmöbel, Couch) in die Jahre gekommen was uns aber nicht großartig gestört hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche (Teller, Besteck, Küchengeräte...) war hervorragend und von allem reichlich vorhanden. Die Schlafräume sind großzügig geschnitten und die Ankleide lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Außenanlagen sind top.
Prachtige woning met mooi uitzicht en super veel privacy! Veel ruimte, sfeervol ingericht en hele goede bedden en kussens. Echt een aanrader!
Een fijn, groot (en volledig omheind huis - heel handig met kleine kinderen). Alles was strak en modern met een beetje cowboy-eske touches. Dierenvellen en kleden, opgezette dierenhoofden aan de muur: dat moet wel je ding zijn. Ruim, fijne jacuzzi, grote tafel binnen en buiten voor spelletjes en veel gras, ook ideaal om spelletjes te doen.
