This super deluxe holiday home near Stavelot, in the province of Liège, is really fully equipped to give you and your family a fantastic group holiday. The warm and very charming decor creates a soothing ambience thanks to the use of high-quality natural materials. While the adults relax in the relaxation room, which includes a sauna and hydromassage shower, the kids can have fun in the games room, which is equipped with a table football game, a ping-pong table, and children’s games.
The large, cosy living space is a lovely place to stay and consists of a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an immense seating area with comfortable sofas, a television, and a cassette fireplace. There is also a separate reading nook and relaxation area with a billiards table. The total of six bedrooms, some of which can be converted into family or children’s rooms, are all decorated with attention to detail. In addition, the accommodation has five bathrooms, one of which has a lovely bathtub. Head outside to enjoy the patios or the spacious garden, where the kids can play to their heart’s content on the playground equipment (slide or swing). There is also a pétanque court, which is always a fun way to end the evening with the whole family. The towns of Stavelot and Malmedy, as well as the High Fens nature reserve, are just a stone’s throw from the holiday home. Have a drink at an outdoor café in Malmedy, visit the abbey of Stavelot, or race a lap around the outdoor track at Karting Francorchamps. There is more than enough to experience!
Don’t miss out on the village of Bellevaux during your holiday either. You can enjoy a tasty local beer and delicious local produce at the cosy brewery here. Four signposted walks, ranging from 1.5 to 10 km long, also depart from the brasserie. A visit to the Mon Repos outdoor pool is a must in the summer! Or spend an evening watching movies at the cinema or go bowling at Bowling 362 in Malmedy.

Cette maison est absolument incroyable! Tout était super! De l’accueil jusqu’à la fin, nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’état de la maison était impeccable, tout est fait pour n’avoir besoin de rien durant le séjour, la cuisine est ultra équipée. Nous recommandons ce gite les yeux fermés!

een gezellig, ruim huis. we vonden het geweldig. Een klein negatief punt: de meubels van de kleine zithoek zaten slecht: te laag en erg doorgezakt. Voor de rest een mooi ingericht huis.

Superbe environnement, très confortable et pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants comme pour les grands, dehors comme dedans. Salon cosy, surtout avec un bon feu, table magnifique, chambres chaleureuses. Et tant d activités proches, ainsi que les commerces.
Zeer ruim, gezellig en comfortabel huis met typisch Ardeense sfeer. Een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen.
Gezellige woning met voldoende ruimte en ontspanningsmogelijkheden voor 15 personen. Dicht bij het circuit van Francorchamps wat wel wat geluidshinder geeft maar ook praktisch, als je snel een kijkje wilt gaan nemen.
Fantastisch vakantiehuis met alle nodige voorzieningen. Living, eetplaats en keuken vormen een eenheid zodat iedereen steeds bij elkaar is. Prima slaapkamers met al de nodige badkamers.
Mooie luxe woning met alle gemakken voorzien. Slaapkamers zijn ruim met goede bedeen en hebben elk een fijne badkamer. Veel speelgoed in de speelkelder is jammer genoeg kapot en niet te gebruiken. Ook veel keukengerei is aan vervanging toe.

Fijn vakantiehuis, op 10 minuten rijden van Malmedy. Schoonmaak was goed. Veel hout in het huis, wat best wat splinters had, niet zo kindvriendelijk. Heel ruim, genoeg servies. Hier en daar moet wat onderhoud worden gedaan, een vaatwasser lekte, temperatuur van de douche soms zeer moeizaam te regelen door kalk op de draaiknoppen. Fijn dat je terrein kan afsluiten met automatisch hek, veilig voor de kinderen. Veel gebruik gemaakt van pooltafel, heel leuk. Tevens fijne bedden!
Gîte très grand et complet à tous niveaux. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds.

Een prachtig zeer ruim huis ideaal voor een weekend of vakantie met de ganse familie.
Accueil très chaleureux. Maison bien située, merveilleusement équipée, il n'y manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour. Jardin bien agréable. Bel espace de jeu extérieur pour les enfants. Superbe salle de jeux intérieure pour les jeunes enfants avec de nombreux "trésors" à découvrir. Dommage que le flipper et le jeu de palet ne fonctionnaient pas !
Super lieu ! Un grand merci à Joelle pour sa confiance et son approche humaine de toutes les situations. La maison nous a parfaitement convenu pour se retrouver entre amis et en famille. Les lieux sont parfait pour les enfants aussi, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'amuser et se poser aussi tranquillement. Les photos ne rendent pas bien l'espace qu'il y a dans chaque pièce (salon, chambre, etc). On a le sentiment d'être dans un chalet, chaleureux et ouvert. Ne pas hésitez.
