Featuring six bedrooms and four bathrooms, this holiday cottage offers enough space and comfort for 19 people. In addition, everyone will find their own way to relax and have fun, making this house an ideal place for your next family reunion. Some will enjoy spending time in the wellness area, equipped with an infrared cabin and jacuzzi; while the youngest guests will have a great time in the games room. Bursts of laughter will be heard around the ping-pong table or table football, and they will continue outside around the swings and the basketball hoop. The living area is a large and bright room thanks to its French windows, which also allow you to enjoy the view. You will not get tired of admiring this exceptional setting, especially from your terrace, where you can organize a barbecue evening in summer. In winter, cosy evenings by the fire are perfect in the inviting living room. Finally, note that the cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen, which is ideal to treat your family with some tasty meals.

Prima vakantiehuis voor een grotere groep met kinderen. Het voetbalspel en de tafeltennistafel waren een groot succes. Keuken goed uitgerust, alle nodige materialen waren aanwezig. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Alles perfect, enkel de inrichting van het huis is heel basic zonder franjes. Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk maar het huis mist wat gezelligheid binnen. Alles werkte en was compleet, zoals pingpongtafel, kickertafel, jacuzzi, sauna. Schitterend!

Goede ligging met mooie omgeving. De host spreekt alleen geen Nederlands en niemand van ons Frans, dat maakt contact wel erg lastig.
Très belle maison et propriétaire très a l'écoute. Nous avons signalés quelques petits problèmes dans la cuisine qui vont être réglés. Je retiens la belle vue, l'emplacement tranquil. Très belle maison nos avons passés Noël 2024 en famille. Merciiiiii à la propriétaire qui est aimable.
Goed en fijn huisje, rustig gelegen. Mits het juiste respect voor het huisje, ook een zeer goede huisvrouw.
Zeer leuk huisje op een goede locatie! Het huisje ligt afgelegen om genoeg om zeer rustig te zitten, maar met een (steile) wandeling sta je zo in Stavelot. De keuken is aan de kleinere kant om te koken voor grote groepen, maar mits wat goede organisatie lukt dit zeker. Ook liggen er enkele zeer mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Een aanrader voor families of volwassen vriendengroepen.
Une maison confortable, d'architecture bien pensés, idéalement située à proximité immédiate de Stavelot et de la côte de Stokeu. Idéale pour les amateurs de vélo! Cuisinière un peu juste pour les grands groupes.
Super séjour, endroit idéal pour un week-end entre amis. Dommage que la cuisine soit un peu sous-dimensionnée pour autant de personnes, mais le barbecue a pu compenser!
Hele mooie ligging! Alles in huis is aanwezig, wel wat gedateerd als je kijkt naar meubilair en dan met name de eetstoelen. Wat relaxstoelen in de mooie tuin zou ook een goeie aanvulling zijn.
We hebben dit huis al meerdere keren bezocht voor een wielerweekend. De locatie is uitstekend en het huis voldoet voor grote groepen. De keuken, slaapkamers en inrichting zijn heel basic, maar voldoen. Dat zie je vaak in de Ardennen. Voor grote groepen zou de keuken en de keukenmaterialen wel een upgrade kunnen gebruiken.
Een tuinslang om de fietsen af te kunnen spuiten zou fijn zijn
