This luxury villa is located in a quiet hamlet five kilometres away from Stavelot, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. It features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, five of them are en suite. The villa has three levels, with a total area of 700 m². It can thus accommodate 10 to 14 people. On the lower level, you will find the wellness area, on the ground floor are the living areas, and on the first floor, the bedrooms. The large windows and mezzanines add to the bright and spacious atmosphere. Its interior comfort is simply exceptional and is worth the 4.5-star rating. Each room is nicely decorated with modern and vintage objects. The wellness area includes a jacuzzi, an infrared cabin, as well as fitness and bodybuilding equipment. There are also two games rooms, so your children will never get bored. The 2800 m² garden is fenced with hedges and barriers; and features a swing, a slide, a trampoline and a petanque terrain. You will also find an independent lounge, in the heart of the garden, for intimate and relaxing moments.

Wir sind im Freundeskreis angereist. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und war sehr sauber, auch der Empfang war freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Het huis heeft volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan en eigenlijk overtroffen. We verbleven er met 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Een ideale locatie, een mooie omgeving, vlakbij het circuit en een geweldig huis maakt dat we graag nog een keer terugkomen. Alexia en Caroline bedankt voor jullie support.

Uitstekend huis zowel kwestie van grootte, inrichting, staat van woning en tuin. Schitterend voor verblijf met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Ook heel wat wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving.
Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable en famille. La maison est parfaitement équipée en termes d'activités pour tous les âges.
Fantastisch huis
Wij hadden met kinderen en kleinkinderen een geweldige week. Het huis was super, het ontbrak ons aan niets. Er was volop speelgoed voor de kinderen plus een geweldige tuin met speeltoestellen. Mooie fitnessruimte met alles erop en eraan. Kortom, we hebben genoten. Klein minpuntje: er ontbraken boven wat horren dus veel last van vliegen. Maar verder zeer aan te raden.
