Het was een super verblijf! Leuk binnenkomen met de kerstboom die er stond, versiering met lichtjes aan de trapleuning... zalig! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst!
Prima huis, alles netjes in orde, goed geëquipeerde keuken. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en erg modern ingericht. Het is een plek waar je tot rust komt en kunt genieten van de natuur. Ook de ligging was perfect. Supermarkt, terrasjes, kajakken, alles was binnen max. 10 min. rijafstand. Er komt zeker een volgende keer. Dank!
We hebben met ons gezin met jong volwassenen een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Niet alleen de omgeving is fantastisch maar ook het verblijf in de woning is heel aangenaam. Een ruime keuken waar je met verschillende mensen kan samenwerken, alle toestellen aanwezig, en aansluitend een aangename leefruimte. Sanitair is zowel op de begane grond als op de verdieping aanwezig. En de slaapkamers zijn ruim en bieden een comfortabele nachtrust. Het uitzicht is prachtig, korte en langere wandeltochten mogelijk van zodra je de deur uitstapt. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om een fijn verlof mogelijk te maken. Een aanrader!

Gîte bien équipé et lumineux. Joliment agencé. La propriétaire est très accueillante et sympathique. Il est bien situé dans un environnement calme en pleine nature.
Mooie omgeving om te wandelen of MBT. De woning was gezellig en alle benodigdheden aanwezig.
Vriendelijke eigenaars en zeer goede accommodatie
Erg fijn huis, ruim, nieuw, zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtig uitzicht over de bossen vanuit de keuken. Een soort hutje op de hei, voor als je er echt even uit wilt. Tegelijk is het gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van verschillende populaire activiteiten in de Ardennen. Perfect voor een gezin met 2-4 kinderen. Het huis is zeer compleet, van stapels servies, spelletjes voor de kinderen tot wifi. Het enige wat we gemist hebben is een gezellig vuurtje of open haardje.

Le gîte est full équipé, propre, lumineux, bien situé pour des balades, resto proche, ... belle semaine en famille. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de très bons conseils. Nous gardons l'adresse.

top vakantiehuis, ligging perfect op de top van de Col du Rosier. Gemakkelijke verbinding naar centrum SPA en voldoende wandelwegen in de nabijheid. We komen hier zeker nog terug.
Topligging, zeer goed onderhouden, zeer proper, vriendelijke ontvangst, rustig gelegen. Voor minieme verbetering vatbaar: wifi en beschrijving op de website. Er is geen gasbarbecue, wel een gewone. 2 zelfs! :-)

Prachtige ligging van de woning. Wij hebben met de fiets en mountainbike de regio verkent. Pittig aankomen boven de Rozier. Mooie wandelingen dichtbij het huisje. Vriendelijke mensen bij de aankomst en vertrek. Alles was aanwezig in het verblijf. Top verblijf!

Zeer aangename ervaring: warme ontvangst, huis voorzien van alle benodigdheden, proper, goed onderhouden, mooi. Gelegen in heel rustige omgeving zonder buren (buiten de eigenaars) met prachtige wandelmogelijkheden en centraal tussen heel wat toeristische trekpleisters!
