This renovated 3-star luxury castle is very suitable for groups of 21 persons and offers many possibilities.
Each bedroom offers much comfort and 6 of the 8 bedrooms have their private bathroom with a shower, two washbasins and a WC. On the first floor you will also find a vast bathroom with 4 showers and 3 washbasins. And there are separate WCs all around the house.
The large and fully-equipped kitchen of this luxury castle shows how the owners tried to guarantee full comfort to their guests (1 professional fridge and dishwasher, 2 big sinks, 1 electric oven, 1 micro-wave oven and many other things).
In the big sitting room with its television (equipped with USB port) and Hifi system you will be able to have a nice chat around the wood stove.
In the playroom you will find many children games and movies for the youngest ones. The owners also thought about older children and a table football game, a video game console and a television can be found in another room.
If you need some privacy the wellness area with sauna and Jacuzzi will delight you. And if you a fancy a drink together just head for the bar next to the sitting room where you can also play darts. You may also laze on the terrace or in the garden. The river Ourthe flows just 30 metres away.
Do not hesitate to go check Saint Hubert lies the animal park of Saint Hubert where you will get to see deers, roe deers, fallow deers, etc. And the children playground will delight the youngest ones.
Would you rather do something sporty? Brandsport Adventure & Teambuilding in La Roche offers many possibilities from MTB to climbing.

Heel mooi, aangenaam en nette woning waarin de keuken enigszins klein en iets minder volledig uitgerust was.
Het huis is een echte aanrader met een grote familie. Wij hebben er een gezellige week beleefd ondanks enkele gebreken (o.a. een moeilijk te bedienen saunaoven en de afwezigheid van hout). De startbasis van de vele wandelingen in Tenneville lopen spijtig genoeg langs autowegen. De mooiere (bos)wandelingen vragen een verplaatsing met de wagen..
Manque d’équipement et de vaisselle pour le nombre de personnes. Personne pour nous accueillir et nous expliquer le fonctionnement des différents équipements (le sauna et le bain à bulles, le mode d’emploi n’est pas très compréhensible) et pour faire un état des lieux d’entrée et de sortie. Malgré la présence d’affiches un peu partout pour nous expliquer,. Propreté des matelas et des oreillers parfois jaunis. Pas assez de fauteuils dans le salon pour le nombre de personnes présentes.
Bel endroit pour un bon week-end en famille ! Manoir tres impressionnant, beaucoup d'espace. Sdb ou coin douches et wc en suffisance. Grand jardin et pergola pour manger a lombre.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.
L'agencement des pièces n'est pas optimal, le jardin n'était pas tondu, le sauna non fonctionnel.
Fijn, ruim huis met grote kindvriendelijke tuin. Rustig gelegen. We zouden het zo opnieuw boeken.
Mooie afgescherme locatie met prima welness mogelijkheden.
We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad in de Ardennen. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig om te fietsen — uitdagende beklimmingen, mooie afdalingen en overal groene valleien en uitzichten. Er is ontzettend veel te doen in de buurt, zowel sportief als cultureel. Het huis zelf overtrof onze verwachtingen: ruim, schoon, goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een actief en gezellig verblijf. Aanrader!
Maison très bien conçue pour un séjour en famille
Geweldig huis met een charmant Ardens interieur. De jacuzzi is een grote meerwaarde, en de keuken is zeer geschikt voor middelgrote groepen tot 21 personen. De locatie is uitstekend, gelegen vlakbij de N4.
J'ai fêté mes 30 ans avec ma famille et je ne suis vraiment pas déçue, c'était top, propre, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans la cuisine ! Je recommande !
Groot vakantiehuis op een mooie locatie. Haarvuur was echter buiten dienst, verwarming werkte niet naar behoren en ook andere items ontbraken. Het huis heeft veel potentieel maar heeft dringend onderhoud nodig!
pour un logement destiné à 21 personnes, la vaisselle n’était pas en suffisance ( pas 21 tasses ni 21 assiettes profondes ni verres en suffisance) aucune indication pour l’utilisation de la machine à café dont le filtre n’était pas adapté et donc tout débordait sinon maison agréable malgré un peu d’humidité dans les chambres
Super leuk reünie weekend gehad met 14 vrienden. Mooi huis met genoeg kamers en badkamers. Hele ruime tuin en we hadden super mooi weer. Uiteraard een ouder huis maar dat heeft zeker ook charme. Laadpaal zou het helemaal top maken.
Dit is een zeer groot vakantiehuis met grote verzorgde tuin met speeltuigen voor de kinderen. De kamers hebben wel een badkamer maar niet allemaal een toilet. Er is voldoende sanitair op de gang. Het is een ruime industriële keuken maar de vuren zijn ouderwets en werken dus zeeeeer traag. Verder is deze keuken zeer ruim en voldoende frigoruimte.
Fijn verblijf gehad, wel mankement met het rookkanaal van de openhaard.

huis op zich goed . alleen niet proper en toe tot renovatie en onderhoud van tuin .
Vaste demeure de caractère dans une ambiance cosy. Belle terrasse et endroit tranquille. Chambres vastes et confortables. L'entretien est cependant parfois "léger" : vitres sales, 1 frigo en panne, l'autre fuyant (eau de condensation?)...
Ruime woning met veel kamers (sommige met douche) en met grote tuin maar toch nog vele klusjes nodig om optimaal in orde te zijn om een 9/10 te krijgen. Jacuzzi was top, de sauna kregen we in het begin niet goed opgestart: reden was de trage opwarming en te weinig uitleg over de werking.

Het is een mooi karakteristiek huis, lekker ruim. Het stonk wel muf en vochtig maar voor de rest een prima huis om in te vertoeven.
