This chalet, which has two bedrooms and one bathroom, has been fully refurbished and will captivate you with its location near the Baraque de Fraiture. The living space, which contains the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room, leads out to the patio and garden, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view all year round.
The chalet is in a perfect spot for starting walks right from the front door.
Vielsalm is 10 km from the chalet and the Baraque de Fraiture, which is very popular for skiing, is 1 km away. La Roche, where you can enjoy a wide range of tourist activities, is 12 km away.

The house is almost on one level with the living room and the landing being separated by a step.
The exterior landscaping will be completed in the spring.

Pets not allowed
Prachtig gelegen met een schitterend uitzicht en heerlijk rustig. Goed geïsoleerd , dus aangenaam warm, zelfs zonder de houtkachel aan te maken. Alle apparatuur voor de keuken. Helaas geen wifi.
La maison est bien située et est assez cosy. Néanmoins, le gîte pourrait être plus entretenu. De plus, le poêle à bois n'est pas du tout sécurisé. Cela est risqué pour les jeunes enfants.
Heel aangenaam vakantiehuis! Groot genoeg en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf. Uitstekende ligging!

Prima huisje om een week te verblijven. Alleen de bank mag vervangen worden, de tv uitgebreid worden met meer (Nederlandse) kanalen en de matrassen moeten vervangen worden.

Het huis was niet hygiënisch en er waren een aantal mankementen, zaken veroudert. Het huis heeft een opfrisbeurt nodig. Prachtige tuin, heerlijk verzicht, mooie omgeving!
Mooi huisje, goed gelegen als uitgangspunt voor het ontdekken van de omgeving.

Prachtige locatie en mooi gezellig huis om te verblijven.
Zwarte schimmel overal in de badkamer en in de silicone van de ramen. Het is binnen veel donkerder dan op de foto's. Op de foto staat een mooi zwart bankstel, in het echt staan er 2 doorgezakte crèmekleurige banken met dekens erin. Het ventilatiesysteem van de badkamer en het wc maakt veel lawaai wanneer je het licht aansteekt. Het huis was niet al te schoon. Aan de overkant van de vallei ligt een motorcross terrein wat op sommige dagen veel geluidsoverlast veroorzaakt. Wel een mooi uitzicht.

Al meerdere keren in deze chalet verbleven. En steeds zeer tevreden.
Wij komen al jaren naar dit chalet, voornamelijk in de winter. Maar ook in de lente is het ideaal gelegen om te fietsen en wandelingen te maken.

Hele mooie ligging, ideaal om tot rust te komen. Je kan zalig wandelen in de omgeving. We hebben echt genoten.

Geen opmerkingen, Alles was in orde.
Nette woning, alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Als je rust zoekt ben je hier echt op het juiste adres. Goede bedden, huisraad volledig, fijne houtkachel en een warme douche. Hoewel er 5 slaapplaatsen zijn, is het huis naar onze mening geschikt voor maximaal 4 gasten. Ook de kookplaat was niet keramisch zoals beschreven stond, maar op gas. (Wat overigens voor ons geen probleem was.)
