This small recently renovated farmhouse transformed into a functional 3 star holiday cottage is located in the countryside of the province of Liège, a perfect place for a quiet and peaceful stay in nature.
This holiday rental is composed of 2 adjoining apartments, which makes it an ideal location for group holidays. Both apartments can host up to 12 persons and have a vast living area with sitting and dining room as well as an equipped kitchen. You will also find a large multipurpose room and a common playroom. The holiday cottage also has 4 bathrooms and 7 neatly decorated bedrooms where each person will feel at ease. The outside of the house is a haven of peace over which calm and serenity hover in all seasons. Children will also find something to their liking thanks to a toboggan, a swing, a sandbox and a trampoline while you will enjoy the lovely garden and terrace with barbecue.
Located in Les Fourons in Belgium, you will be perfectly situated to go discover the region. The walking possibilities are endless and many activities are available in the region. For example, you will be able to hire an authentic Italian Vespa motorbike at Lou'Emoi’s for a ride on the most beautiful roads of the Ardennes. The impressive Blegny mine is also close to your holiday house and is worth the detour if you wish to know more about the fascinating job of collier. If you are looking for some action, you will be able to play paintball and laser game in Verviers. And last but not least, the caterers Les Cours et Le Temps libre will be at your disposal for gastronomic meals after a busy day.

Prima verblijf. Wel weinig te doen in directe regio. Fijne woning met volop ruimte.
Een zeer fijne locatie met vriendelijke eigenaars. Grote tuin, wel gedeeld met andere huurders maar geen last van gehad. Mooie omgeving. Huis goed voorzien van alles. Goed geïsoleerd naar de buren toe. Iets minder naar de bovenverdieping toe. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Het vakantiehuis overtrof al onze verwachtingen: groot, net, goede faciliteiten. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.
Super séjour. Gite conforme au descriptif, literie au top. Idéalement situé et au calme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Prachtig gelegen huisje dat door connectie met ander huisje perfect voor grote groepen bruikbaar is. Wij hebben hier een mooi weekend doorgebracht en hebben nergens over te klagen. Heel proper, goede bedden, veel badkamers, nette keuken, kinderstoelen, een reisbedje en ook een leuke speelruimte. We waren met 11 volwassenen en 10 kleine kinderen (inclusief enkele babys) en die vonden het allemaal top.
