The house atmosphere is warm and inviting thanks to the spaces offered and its particularly neat decoration.
With nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, it has all the comforts you need for a pleasant group stay.
While some will enjoy a relaxing moment in the sauna and jacuzzi area, others will enjoy the games room and billiards table. The house also features a large cinema room and a pleasant indoor swimming pool, located in an annex building just a few meters away, which will delight both young and older guests.
In the summer months, you can enjoy meals on the terrace while your children play in the garden.
Attractions in the area include the nearby Lake and Dam of Robertville and the Castle of Reinhardstein, which is just a few kilometres away.
Thrill seekers will enjoy a visit to Sniper Zone Paintball, Ardenne Activity and, in the winter, the ski slopes of Mont Rigi.
Being so close to the High Fens, you can also enjoy the many trails on foot or by bicycle.

Ruim vakantiehuis. We hebben genoten van de mooie wandelingen in de directe omgeving en van een bezoek aan Reinhardstein. Vriendelijke ontvangst. In de keuken mag iets meer bestek etc. Kamers top, sauna en jaccuzi ok, zwembad wat aan de kleine kant, maar wel leuk dat het er is. Wij komen terug
Een prachtige en nette accommodatie in een groene, rustige omgeving vlakbij Malmedy.
Praktisch ingericht voor families met kleinere kinderen.
Fantastische week achter de rug met groep van 10 volwassenen en 6 jonge kinderen. Een paar kleine minpuntjes, maar is meegedeeld aan eigenares die opbouwende kritiek als positief ervaarde. Al bij al een huis om aan te bevelen.
Verblijf van 1 week met 9 volw en 7 kinderen tot 7 jaar. Zeer compleet en groot familiehuis met uitstekende voorzieningen qua wellness, biljart, bioscoopzaal. Inrichting woonkamer wat sleets en minder dan op de foto's. Keuken compleet, maar eenvoudig. Prijskwaliteitsverhouding acceptabel, maar houdt rekening met flinke bijkomende kosten achteraf ( energie,afval) Maar we hebben genoten, mooie omgeving, en prima weer

Mooi vakantiehuis, rustig gelegen.
Prima vakantiehuis met veel verschillende ruimtes om te splitsen. Super zwembad en mooie filmzaal. Absolute aanrader
Zeer ruim en fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima communicatie.
Super week gehad met ons gezin met 8 volwassenen en 7 kinderen in de leeftijd van 7 tot 16 jaar. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
Prima huis, fijne ontvangst, mooie omgeving. Het huis is minder luxe dan op de foto’s. Klein onderhoud ontbreekt, lampjes die het niet doen etc. Wifi is zeer slecht dus je kunt niet streamen in de bioscoop. En de grootste tegenvaller is de rekening voor verbruik van gas en elektra die je achteraf krijgt, was bij ons torenhoog bij normaal verbruik. Cash borg is ook niet heel handig bij zo’n groot bedrag.
