This splendid ‘sunstone’ house has naturally featured in a report in an architecture magazine, with its sleek and ultra-contemporary interior which exudes luxury and comfort without ostentation. The furniture adopts an elegant style, everything is built-in (even the lighting) and designed bespoke. The open fire adds the final touch to the living room that you won’t want to leave you’ll feel so good there. The 3 bedrooms (including one with a terrace) and their en-suite bathrooms have the same level of care given to each detail. Outside, the big, beautiful terrace offers a peaceful and unobstructed view over the tree-filled surroundings. And you’ll enjoy lively evenings on the boules court.
You’ll stay in a hamlet with 44 residents, in the French Ardennes, by Florenville. The village is typical of the region with its yellow stone houses reminiscent of Provence. Willers also has charming assets, like a beautiful church, a Romanesque site and many hiking trails with magnificent viewpoints. Explore the area surrounding the nearby Orval Abbey, by having a go at geocaching as a family or among friends. And in Chiny , take a trip on a flat-bottomed boat listening to the stories and legends of the region told by the ferryman.
Because true luxury can’t be seen, this house offers you real refinement in an other-worldly region!
Although each bedroom has a sofa bed, we recommend that for your comfort, you only use them for children and come here with 6 adults maximum.

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis en de wandelingen in de bosrijke omgeving.
Notre séjour au gîte du lavoir à été magnifique. La maison est magnifique et très chaleureuse. On s'y sent comme chez soi dès l'entrée.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end en famille dans ce magnifique gîte super équipé et très bien situé !

We verbleven 2 weken in dit prachtige huis in een zeer rustig dorpje. We werden fijn onthaald door Sara. De woning voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. We hielden van de grote ruimtes: de keuken, de living en vooral de slaap- en bijhorende badkamers. Jammer genoeg hadden we wat pech met het weer, toch was de wijde omgeving mooi om te ontdekken. Tip: een vliegenraam aan de terrasdeur en master-bedroom zou een meerwaarde zijn. We overwegen terug te komen dus ja, het verblijf was een topper !

Maison idéale pour une réunion familiale dans laquelle on peut partager une belle expérience et malgré tout s'isoler si l'envie se présente. Grands espaces de séjour/ cuisine lumineux, belles chambres avec salle de bain individuelle, belle terrasse, jeu de pétanque bienvenu ... Située dans un charmant petit village, au calme et au vert, point de départ de belles balades. Sans oublier un agréable accueil.

Mooi, goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning. Mooie slaapkamers, goede bedden, mooie badkamers. Detail: er is maar 1 douche, wel 3 baden. Zeer rustig gelegen in een klein dorpje. Geen traphekjes dus misschien niet ideaal met zeer kleine kinderen.
Mooi huis met prachtige kamers en badkamers. De ligging vonden wij fantastisch in het prachtige dorpje Williers. Rust en stilte en mooi!

Fantastisch huis, alle comfort aanwezig. Het is met veel smaak ingericht. Warme ontvangst door Sarah. Wij komen zeker terug! 2 minpuntjes: de badkamers zijn vrij koud, ondanks de vloerverwarming en de kamers die nu voorzien zijn van jaloezieën kunnen wel extra verduistering gebruiken.
Geweldig huis. Wel spijtig van het internet, de WiFi viel heelveel uit.

We verbleven voor de derde keer in dit vakantiehuis. Het is in alle opzichten een tophuis!
Perfecte woning en ligging voor een onbezorgde en stressloze vakantie in het midden van een ongerepte natuur. De prijs en kwaliteit zijn voor deze vakantiewoning in evenwicht.
Prima huisje met een geweldige ligging op de rust op te zoeken. Huisje zou iets meer onderhoud mogen hebben, maar voor de rest alles prima in orde. Super keuken ook!
Gîte exceptionnel, fonctionnel, agréable et calme. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis et se concocter de bons petits plats car l'espace cuisine est génial ainsi que le matériel. L'extérieur était magnifique mais la pluie a décidé qu'on ne pouvait pas y aller ?. Chambres nikel et l accueil chaleureux et dynamique

Buiten de aprilse buien, was het alweer een heerlijke, rustgevende vakantie in een geweldig mooie woning.
Très bel endroit, calme. Maison fidèle aux photos avec beau salon, agréable salle à manger, grande cuisine et le plus quant on a des petits enfants un second salon qui devient salle de jeu. Belles chambres et très grandes salles de bain. Petites attentions lors de notre arrivée avec une bouteille de vin et une bouteille de jus de pomme fait maison. Florenville et tous les commerces se trouvent à 4km. Endroit idéal pour de belles balades ou découvrir l'abbaye d'Orval.
Het vakantiehuis ligt op een zeer rustige ligging en is modern uitgerust. Bij aankomst werkte het kookfornuis niet en men heeft al het mogelijke gedaan om dit euvel op te lossen. 's Avonds was echter alles in orde. Uitstekende service !
Zeer gezellige woning, goed uitgerust en prachtige ligging. Alles zou perfect geweest zijn was er niet het probleem met de gas en de bewaarster en eigenaar die niets van zich hebben laten horen.
