Provincial Domain of Chevetogne

At the doors of the Ardennes, lays in the sweet and green valleys Provincial Domain of Chevetogne, stretching out over more than 600 hectares. The park with it’s huge variety of landscapes is open for the public, exists for over 40 years and is the place to be for numerous fun activities.

Provincial Domain of Chevetogne

The Provincial Domain of Chevetogne is the place to be for a family day out: large playgrounds, beautiful gardens, sport and water activities, culture, picnic and relaxation, a tourist train, a mini farm, a museum, restaurants and a series of events all year long.

The outdoor swimming pool is open in July and August.

The several activities of the park (boats, canoes, touristic train, playground, hikes) are included in the price.

Our youngest visitors will be able to roam free in no less than 10 secured locations. The domain’s playgrounds have each been thought out precisely, drawn and executed in order to let fantasy run wild. The “Bayard Horse”, the “Hut of Robinhood”, the “Robinson Crusoé beach”, the “forgotten gold mine” are names that bring up memories for each one of us, that are linked to an image, a book, a movie or a game.

These playful areas are integrated seamlessly in the landscape and will surprise the little adventurers that are ready to explore them. Each place was created in order to stimulate imagination! In the sand, in the water and in the mud, in the charred soot van the tree stumps, a lot of “dramas” and “happy ends” are left to write.

The playgrounds are accessible throughout the year. The majority of the terrains are secluded from the road that crosses the Domain, in order to guarantee the children’s safety and in order to give them the possibility of enjoying fun, carefree moments.
