This beautiful holiday home in Aubel is the ideal place for groups of up to 21 people (and 2 dogs). Located by the water, this home offers a unique combination of peace and comfort, perfect for a relaxing stay in the Ardennes.

With no less than 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, there is enough space for everyone to retreat and enjoy privacy. The home is also completely single-level and accessible for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility, making the stay pleasant for everyone. Also for the little ones, thanks to the available baby cots and high chairs.

The home has a private garden with outdoor play equipment and a petanque court, ideal for cozy moments outside. You can enjoy the outdoors with the comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue and fire basket for cozy warm evenings. The location by the water with its own pond also makes it possible to fish (with a permit).

For the cooler evenings, there is an atmospheric cassette fireplace inside.
